That image gave me a great idea for a comic. xD
If my friend and I ever saw that in real life, this is what I imagine would happen...
First, my best friend would stare in open-mouthed awe.
Then, after a sudden, magical acquisition of super powers, she'd take a flying leap at the bus and land on top of it, hugging it like her life depended on it.
Then, in some kind of weird, harpy-like screech that can be heard for miles, she'd say "OHMIGOD, CAT BUSSSSSS, I MUST HAVE YOU!"
Then there'd be this gleam in her eyes, and she'd laugh demonicly and the next thing she'll say will be, "Cat bus, you WILL be mine."
And then she'll get this creepy grin on her face, jump off the bus, land in front of it, and using her magically acquired super powers, she'll pick it up, shake all the people out, and then just fly off into the distance with her catch.
And all the while, I'll just stand, looking on all nonchalantly. xD
People will look at me, and I'll just shrug and walk off to catch the next flight/bus/whatever transportation home (where we find the cat bus is the variable that decides how I get home, I suppose...). xDDD

It's not even that great of an item!
