Tonberry Crunch Technician boosts attacks with base power 60(?) or less (Same amount as STAB bonus) Then STAB goes in making an ungodly powerful move. (Try Scizor with Bullet Punch) yeah, it's 60. And the Technician bonus is x1.5 while the STAB bonus is x2. Still, an effectively 150* base power move (equivalent to a Hyper Beam) that never misses and has no recharge? Awesome. *don't ask me how that comes out to 150, ask my super pokemon nerd friend
