KoTari snarled at Koto for a while, but slowly calmed down. As he calmed, he started transforming back to human. And as he became human, he realized more and more the reality that his beloved was gone. He started to go unconscious from the shock. By the time he was completely human, he was on the ground completely knocked out.

Misty left KoTari's body and flew through a nearby woman's body, passing right through it and taking her appearance. The woman fainted and Misty landed next to Kotari's body. She looked up at Koto. "Let's take him home and let him get some rest, then we can plan out how we're going to get Makira back."

Koto nodded and forced himself to stand. He reached down to his broken leg and cracked it into a straight piece; making it impossible to bend anymore. He limped over and lifted KoTari up, slinging him over his shoulder. He started to go towards Makira and KoTari's cottage.

Misty followed Koto. "So... are you a relative of KoTari's?" She asked.

"I'm an old friend," Koto answered and went into their house. He put KoTari on the sofa and sat down, checking his artificial limbs.

"Is he going to be okay?" Misty asked.  

[UkyoKuonji2004]

"I don't think so," Koto answered, "He has been fighting that addiction for centuries. Now that he believes there's no reason to quit devouring flesh..."

Misty looked at KoTari, and then at Koto. "...We have to find Makira then. Before KoTari causes any more damage."

Koto agreed, "But where did she go?"  

[Bullet_Ber]

Misty shook her head. "I don't know, but I know which direction she's in." She told him.

"Alright," Koto said, "We need to somehow get her back."  

[Bullet_Ber]

"What about KoTari?" Misty asked, looking down at the man on the sofa.  

[UkyoKuonji2004]

"I'm not sure. I think he would want to come with us...And I certainly wouldn't want to leave him alone here," Koto said.  

[Bullet_Ber]

"Should I take his body? That way he'd be with us until he regains consciousness." Makira suggested.  

[UkyoKuonji2004]

"That might be for the best," Koto said, "How are you keeping that form anyway?"
