Actually Vodka tends to be at 40% per volume, no matter if it's American like Smirnoff or Skyy, or if it's Russian like Armandale or Chopin. It's just a matter of how it tastes, it's burn factor, and other things depending on how it's distilled, filtered, and what it's made from (Potato, Grain, etc.)
Personally I've had quality Vodka and I'll drink it straight up or mixed.

I've had... Irish creme in small doses... However, I do know how to mix drinks. My Brother taught me!! biggrin
