I still haven't beaten Majora's Mask. >_>;

OoT is a much bigger deal. Plus, MM takes place right after it!

Hey hey
Think about this.

Majora's mask takes place when Link is lost in the Lost Woods from OoT. Because he left the forest for a long time and is now in the lost woods, he will eventually become a stalfos.
The entirety of MM is symbolic for Link accepting his fate.

Remember the guy who taught you s**t in Twilight Princess?
Think about it.

What guy? I don't get it... sweatdrop

I thought it wouldn't matter if Link left the forest because he's not really a kokiri.

He's trying to say the Stalfos that gives you sword moves in TP is Link from OoT.

I like the theory Kriel, but I thought the point of MM was to show that you CAN change your fate, hence why he stopped the moon from falling, among other things.

Oh, I see. That would be cool.

That stalfos hero of time dude.. Probably one of my favorite side characters in any game. He's never really explained, so you get to spin your own theories as to how he's linked (durp) to the story.
His trance appearance skillz and gloomy ambient hax is also very impressive.

There should be a sequel to The Room.

If you remember the biggoron's quest in OoT, at one point the blonde kokiri girl tells you something important, that everyone who gets lost in the forest eventually becomes a stalfos. (Maybe this excludes Kokiri...)

Everybody, Stalfos.
So he's not here anymore.

Just a question: Since he's the Hero of Time, wouldn't Link get an exception or become a Stalfos should he die in the woods? That seems more plausible to me, that he was leading an army of sorts and was killed during a battle in the Lost Woods against a neighboring province. Or something.

I think it's just that he wasn't officially the hero of time until he was adult link. He got lost looking for a "beloved and invaluable friend" (coughnavicough).
What solidifies my belief that MM is entirely symbolic and didn't actually happen is all of the NPCs.
With the exception of very few (Kafei, Sakon, Darmani, etc.), all of the NPCs in the game are characters from OoT.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm very hungry and the dining hall is open.

It really feels like ever since the likes of Total Drama Island came along, they've been pushing the envelope.

Something tells me the Radar is malfunctioning.
