And statistics are fun. Statistics say that at least 48.6% of statistics are made up on the spot. O:
And people panic because they don't understand how statistics work.

This is what I learned from my high school prob. & stats class project that was essentially our final.
Statistics means making up some bullshit, fancying it up, making it seem believable, adding a few pretty colors to a picture to distract people from the blatant lies, and having just enough answers from some statistics-oriented mathematical formulas to back your s**t up.
Basically, it's politics with a few more numbers and a few less promises. :'D
