Akuro smiled warmly, something completely out of character.
"Aoi...I'll be staying at your house this week. The guards are searching the towns for any lone slaves....Mainly aiming around my age. Apparently more kids are escaping from shelters." He said, exhaling. He looked extremely bored.
Aoi nodded. "Tatsuya should be fine." She said, her voice sounded slightly annoyed.
She looked at Kiyoshi, the pale light from sunrise gleaming on his skin. She never appreciated his defined jaw. Though his cheeks were slightly hollwed, they complimented his thin nose. His hair, covering his grey eyes, was black with somewhat of a red tint.
In short, he was really quiet beautiful.
Aoi blushed at this observation.
"O-Oh, Kiyoshi..." She was going to ask him if he was alright about Akuro spending the night, but then came the picture of hyim, standing there in his boxers. She turned red.

"Hmm..?" Kiyoshi mumbled, looking to Aoi as she said his name.
Aoi's face was flushed red.
What happened? Did I miss something? Why is Aoi blushing.
"Hey, Aoi... what's up? What were you saying?" Kiyoshi asked, confused.
Where's he going to stay if he's going to be with us? Is he sleeping on the couch?

Aoi finally gained enough courage to say something.
Akuro took note of her strange reaction.
"Oh...Nevermind..." She mumbled, playing with her skirt.
"Aoi..." Akuro said, knocking her hands from her skirt. She was pulling it up, not noticing how far. This realization just made her blush more.
"What's wrong with you?" He asked, as if she was of no importance.

[[Akuro reminds me of Marcus.. xDDD]]

"Oh...Nevermind..." Aoi mumbled, playing with her skirt. Kiyoshi only watched her hands for a moment, realizing how far she was pulling it up. His eyes adverted, looking up at her face.
What was going on?
Kiyoshi felt like he really did miss something.. Did Aoi like him?  

[Lyke LAWL]

She sighed.
"Yeah...It's alright..." She said to herself.
"Nothing's wrong..." She replied Akuro. He nodded stiffly.
"So...How old are you...Kiyoshi?" Akuro asked, trying to make small talk before school started.

Kiyoshi looked from Aoi's face to Akuro as he asked him how old he was.
"I'm 16. My birthday was a couple weeks ago... If I remember correctly." Kiyoshi said.
Rather curious of why he'd asked Kiyoshi returned the question. "And you are...?" Kiyoshi asked.
Out of habit, Kiyoshi rapped his fingers on the desk. Usually, he did it when he was thinking. He wondered what was going on with Aoi.

[[Gah.. I want chocolate ice cream.. T______T ]]

Akuro's eyes were transfixed on Kiyoshi's fingers, rapping on the desk.
"15...Almost 16." He replied. Then he closed his eyes and yawned. He didn't get much sleep last night.
"I'm tired...Not much sleep." He said, opening his eyes.
Aoi stayed quiet, knoting her skirt. Akuro knocked her hands away again, this snapped her out of her daze.
"Kiyoshi...Can I talk to you?" She asked. "Out in the hall." She added.

Kiyoshi yawned. It always seemed that when people mentioned sleep, he yawned.
"I'm pretty tired, myself." Kiyoshi said to Akuro.
After a momebt of silience, Aoi asked, "Kiyoshi...Can I talk to you?" She paused. "Out in the hall." She added.
Kiyoshi nodded, "Sure." He said, and stood up.
Once they were out in the hall, Kiyoshi asked, "So.. what's up?"

Aoi looked down at her feet, still fumbling with her dress. Was this the right thing? What would Tatsuya think? What would Kiyoshi think more importantly...Should she even tell him?
"Kiyoshi...I...I think I like you..." She said in a weak voice.

It took Kiyoshi a minute to realize what she'd said.
That's why she's been acting so strange..? She likes me?
Kiyoshi realized his mouth was hanging open; he snapped it shut.
"You like me?" Kiyoshi asked. Aoi nodded.
What is Tatsuya going to think? I don't want to get in trouble... I thought Aoi was in love with him... I thought my crush on her would go away.. but how is it supposed to now that she likes me?
"I...really like you too, Aoi. I've had this ridiculous cruch on you from the moment you and Tatsuya walked through the door at the storage." Kiyoshi said in a soft voice.  

[Lyke LAWL]

"Really?" She said, smiling at him. She took a quick step forward, closing the space between them. She hugged him tightly, burying her face in his chest. He was quite taller than her.

Kiyoshi smiled, wrapping his arms around her, holding her tight.
"Yes, really." Kiyoshi told her.
The height difference between them was at least half a foot.
"Aoi.. what'll Tatsuya do? You two are married, arent you?" Kiyoshi asked, nervously.  

[Lyke LAWL]

Aoi bit her bottom lip.
"I'm not sure, for the most part I think he'll be a little glad..That I'm with someone close to my age you know? He never really encouraged any physical contact..." She said, resting her head on his chest. She smiled in spite of herself, breathless.
It felt different being held by Kiyoshi, different than Tatsuya's regular cold, stiff hugs. Like it was awkward.
There was no hesitation between her and Kiyoshi..

Kiyoshi pondered.
"I guess he might...Well..I hope.." Kiyoshi said, unsure.
Tatsuya seemed pretty protective over Aoi. What if he didn't like this idea? Especially since they live in the same house.
The minute bell rang; signaling class started in just a minute.
"We should go, Aoi.. class is starting.."  

[Lyke LAWL]

She looked up at him and wiped a stray tear away. She smiled.
"Okay..." She said, then reached up on the tips of her toes and kissed his lips very lightly, almost like a feather.
Her heart fluttered and she wondered how he couldn't see it, it felt so big it could burst through her chest.
Just being there in this moment with him was all she could ask for.
"Now come on...The teacher is calling us in." She said, looking at him, then turned towards the door, pulling his hand.
Akuro moved away from the door just before Aoi got there. He had heard and saw everything. He chuckled, sitting in his seat.
Aoi sat in her seat, Kiyoshi in his, right next to her.
