Saika saw Scorch and Marstren and traveled toward them in the underdarks. she let her presence be know by unmasking her presence. She listened as they spoke.

I'm ready to go. Let's head 'home'." Kummar said as he readied himself for the trip. "Home" was a term he used carefully now since he was a little unsure which world he considered his actual home. On the one hand, he'd been born and raised in the world the dragons had been trapped in. On the other, Earth was rightfully there's and had been taken from them unjustly. But it didn't really matter at this point. Once the humans were taken care of, both worlds would be theirs.

"Then we shall." Daquee turned back to look over the camp one last time. The humans suffering through the day brought him a small spark of joy. Daquee leaned back onto his haunches and pushed off of the ground and into the air. The feathers caught the air even better now that they were straightened, and Daquee pulled a sharp turn towards the dragon's home base. Luckily it wasn't too far off from their current position and they could make it in a hour or two. The main base was simply the human's base that their portal was built in. Though now it was a military housing tower for the dragons, but still it wasn't enough to eliminate the humans. They are just too resilient for their own good. Daquee though to himself. He mainly wondered how their cities survived so close to the dragon's, and how the humans continued to survive like that.

Marstren had left Scorch to rest on top of the command vehicle. Luckily all the vehicles had been reinforced to withstand something like that. "Lieutenant your report if you will?" Marstren had apparently caught the man off guard as he stumbled briefly.

The lieutenant had been conversing with one of the two dragons from the village when he was abruptly called on. "We can continue this later." He received a nod from the dragon and then turned his attention to Marstren. "Well everything is in order. These people are going to be coming to the cities. The skies are free of enemies, and the female dark dragon is being escorted by the stealth team. I think this has all gone according to plan sir." The lieutenant looked over at Marstren only to see him frowning.

"I wouldn't say everything. We lost a shipment of people that was going to a camp." Marstren looked pathetic whining about the loss. Even with everything else going right he couldn't help but dwell on it.

"There will always be loses in war. You will just need to get over it sir. Don't sit around thinking about when you could be finding ways to save them. Sir with all do respect you can't possibly keep our armies fighting if you act pathetic." The lieutenant could understand the feeling of losing the people. Unfortunately he was also right. For now they would have to work and hope the war would end.

"One more thing please don't call me "sir". I'm younger than you are and it just feels weird." The youngest commander in history was officially Marstren's title. He out ranked everyone else, but was younger than all of the higher ups. Though he was also someone the people trusted and respected. Especially since most of the dragons showed him respect almost congruent with that they would show the emperor.

((That got long...))

Saika waited in the underdarks below Marstren waiting for the lieutenant to leave so she could pull him into the under darks and tell him her idea about how to save the lost people.

Marstren saluted the lieutenant and walked to the back of the convoy. He looked up at Scorch who had fallen asleep in his absence. "I should probably follow that example. Been up way too long." Marstren said through a yawn. Though he didn't plan on rest until he was back at central. Hopefully there he could come up with an assault plan to take the slave camps. So far no plan had been successful because the slaves could just be used as a shield.

Kummar took off and followed Daquee. While they flew, he checked his armor over to see what was going to need to be repaired when they got back. His chest armor was on the verge of shattering. One more good hit there and his heart and lungs would have been exposed during the fight. His joints around his arms and legs were damaged as well, sparking every once in a while when he moved them. All thanks to that annoying human with the powers. Next time they met, if they met again, he was going to have to repay the favor of leaving him trapped in the ground.

The base became a small spec in the distance sitting on the horizon. The area around it was still green since, even though the dragon's were removing resources, the area around it was secure enough to stay lush. The ground below was riddled with dragons assigned to guard the area from human invasion. Some were even just visitors from off planet that wanted to see earth. The planet had already turned into an attraction even though the humans still clung to it so vehemently. The tower had dragons flying in and out of the myriad of openings on it. Still it was an assortment of citizens and military that were there for various reasons. The guards flew up and past checking identities and leaving to check other on comers. Daquee landed inside the fence around the base and walked off to the underground entrance. The two guards moved out of the way to let him through into the labyrinth that led to the portal. He waited shortly for Kummar before walking down in the depth of the old human base.

Kummar landed and followed behind Daquee to show that he had permission to go wherever Daquee was going. It felt good to be in the pressence of so many dragons again. At least these ones he knew would stay on his side. He couldn't wait until the humans had been annhiliated, this world would be so much more peaceful and better for the dragons that came to visit it. But that wasn't the case now, and the though would only spur him onward to defeat the humans and their allied dragons for good.

((Me thinks we lost someone again?))

Daquee walked the dimly lit corridors that went to the portal room. Security got heavier as the room got closer even though that much security wouldn't be needed it was just a precaution. The portal room had all sorts of armed guards standing around the walls. Even with twelve dragons in it the room was deathly quite except for some occasional beeps from a computer. "Seventh seat elite guard of the emperor, Daquee, requesting activation of the portal." Daquee said interrupting the calm of the room with standard procedure. The two metal dragons attached cables to their bodies that ran up into the ceiling off to the portal controls. The portal sparked with power slowly getting a film resembling a bubble's surface across its diameter. Faint images of another room appeared in the portal signifying the connection was established. Daquee nodded his thanks to the two technicians and stepped through to the other side. Arrival left him slightly nauseous from just some side effects of the trip. The room was much larger than the one on earth having been built by dragons. Daquee didn't halt to wait for Kummar instead he just walked off to the stairs up to the surface. The view from there allowed visual of the palace, only the top of it though. Other building blocked off the view of it. Most of the sky scrapers equivalent buildings were much larger than those on earth since those inside were also of greater size. The palace, however, was the largest building on the planet and was gold plated as well. No matter what the emperors were always a little bit showy when it came down to it.

Saika reached up and grabbed Marstren and pulled him into the underdarks. I have an idea on how to get to the slave camps and free the slaves she said gently as she set him down.

Seeing that Daquee wasn't going to be waiting long for him, Kummar picked up the pace to keep up with him. When he came out the other side of the portal, he gave several strange twitches among his body. He'd always had a problem going through the portal and it messed with his systems every time, causing him to twitch a little as his systems reset themselves.
Once he was through, he looked at the dragon city and gave a sigh of relief. Although not their true home, it was at least at peace. No war with humans here. Just dragons among dragons, acting as they normally would. Like there was no fight going on in another world. Just the way Kummar liked it when he came here.

((Well at least we know you didn't forget us ^o=o^ Presenting this post! (Now with added content!)))

Marstren freaked out for a moment since any other time it would be bad to get pulled into the underdarks. He calmed down when he heard Saika's voice and was set down. "Well that makes one of us." He said regain composure. He had to slow his breathing which, in turn, slowed his heart rate as well. Maybe the day wouldn't be so bad after all. "So then tell me what you have planned?" He asked turning to follow the direction of the convoy. The other dark dragon escorts were barely visible ahead, but marked the path none the less.

Daquee waited at street level watching dragons go by on daily business. Even when at war there was always peace on the planet. Something Daquee hoped would happen on earth. Once Kummar was above ground Daquee started traversing the streets towards the palace. "Always so peaceful here isn't it?" He asked Kummar.

((i could never forget about you guys 3nodding ))

Saika followed beside him what if we come from the underdarks and pull them down like i did to you and i know for a fact that theres at least one less dark dragon down there and there might not be that many with that light dragon running around she said.

"It's a nice change from where we've been." Kummar said as he continued to look around. It would become like this on Earth once the humans were taken care of. "Once the humans are beaten, we can return Earth to its former beauty and make it just like here." he said.

Marstren shook his head at the idea. "We tried that already. The dark dragons that patrol the underdarks can pull reinforcements into them. Eventually we just get flooded by more dragons than we can handle. Besides I would think there would be more dark dragons in the underdarks. Here is the only place the light dragons can't come uninvited." Marstren was running on guesses with that. He only knew so far light dragons and their hatred for dark dragons. Why is it dark and light never get along? He asked himself as he walked along.

Daquee nodded having no argument with the statement. The streets were pleasant enough, quiet since most were in buildings keeping themselves busy. The buildings had mostly been built by earth dragons moving the ground into tall, multilevel structures. Some had been built by metal dragons, signified by the perfect edges and uncreative design. the pathways between the buildings had been etched with patterns, and those had to be refreshed since talons made small grooves messing up the patterns. "Surprising the city is so quiet. The streets are normally busier the closer one gets to the palace." Daquee was looking around trying to find where all the dragons had gone.

((Yay we're memorable!))
