I wish Sho was real and we met and became best frends, no one dies or blows up or gets seperated in any way, and noone turns into anything, like a fish. and no one gets any disease and there are no Tragedys.

Fine, but it is a comedy instead, and you laugh so hard that oxygen doesn't get into your brain. You are put into a coma and because Sho can't be separated from you in any way he sits by your bedside for the rest of his life dying on the inside, but laughing on the outside. You both die together with smiles on your faces without ever having done much of anything together.
I wish I could grant wishes.
