F. You ask the bard.

Diamond looked around, still somewhat dazed by her strange yet satisfying existentialist experience with the non-Phony pony, and just naturally wandered towards the sound of music. The interesting Flutter foal was here again! She gave him a little wave, and patiently waited for a suitable break in the bard's song.

"Um...prithee, kind sir, dost thou knowest where..." she gave up, "we may find some eggs?"

Eggs: 5

Wisp was delighted that the llama had nudged her in the correct direction to find an egg. "Thank you, gentle creature!" She pipped and cooed at it, giving it a pet before she continued on.

In the... Bar? Tavern? Time-wrap? Wisp was intrigued by the bard and his song, she started to make her way over there but instead noticed that her hooves were filthy after playing with the llama. Wisp diverted her path to instead go to the bathroom and wash up.

C) check the bathroom!

From cute animals to...what in the blazes was this, even? Zen blinked in perplexity at the manner of speech and the strange array of design of the place. It felt old, but it was definitely not Phony-old. He thought his father might know, but for now, he was at a loss.

Now, Zen wasn't completely unaware of the way of things. He could tell that things were being acted out, and there was one particular lady who looked like she very much did not want to be there. The type that might shove an egg and a root beer at someone or somephony just to have them be on their way. He didn't like the notion, but by now, he just wanted it to be with as few surprises as possible, approaching the sullen barmaid with a hopeful look in his bright eyes.

D. You ask the sullen barmaid.
Eggs: 1 + 1 + ; ) + 1 + 1 + 0 + 1 + 1 = 6

Now this was confusing, from cute adorable beings to--people the cub didn't really want to be around. This whole place to her looked sleazy. She wished she could just go backtrack and to the animals, but she sighed, she had to ask someone. The bard at least maybe could tell the bear, if not, the annoying music they were playing would be quiet for a little while.

Choice Eleven Results!

If you chose A...

You decide to look behind the bar for eggs. It seems a reasonable place to hide them; after all, there’s all kinds of nooks and crannies back there. But there’s one major obstacle to your egg-finding: the bartender. He’s taking his job very seriously and is barring all access to the space behind the bar, occasionally picking up the very smallest seekers and placing them squarely on barstools. He is large, stoic, and silent; this doesn’t seem to fluster him and he could keep it going all day. You find no eggs except the pickled ones in a jar on the bar…but if you were the first person to make this choice, you notice that one of the pickled eggs is actually plastic! Score!

If you chose B...
The big casks of liquid seem like a reasonable place to look for eggs in that it’s an odd, inaccessible choice that only a truly ridiculous person would think of to put Easter eggs. You check the sides of the kegs as well as their tops (they’re really more like barrels than kegs), but you find no eggs. After all, it would be ridiculous to hide eggs here… and who said that Jump Scare was ridiculous?

If you chose C...
Fed up with this medieval jiggery-pokery, you shake your head and head to the head, where you’re met with a decidedly not-period-accurate shrine to the porcelain throne. This bathroom is clean and industrial and unisex- and full of eggs. They’re everywhere- in the soap trays, in the paper towel basket, replacing the air freshener… it’s a veritable cornucopia of eggs! There’s even a basket of them on the ground, like somebody forgot them. Seeing as how there’s so many, you slip two eggs into your basket.

If you chose D...
The sullen barmaid is an older mare, worldweary and irritable. She’s seen a long, hard life here at this tavern. Younger wenches have come and gone, running off with adventurers or mysterious disavowed heirs to exotic foreign thrones, leaving her with the washing up and the scrubbing down.

Or wait, no, that’s just her made-up backstory. In reality, she’s just annoyed to be shoved into this costume, serving root beer to strangers. You ask her where some eggs are, and she just huffs and points in a random direction. If you rolled even, she points in a direction that actually has eggs, but if you rolled odd, she points to the door.

If you chose E...
The perky barmaid is delighted you chose to talk to her! She immediately launches into a barrage of gossip and quest-important dialogue and goes over the menu specials. She’s got one of those sort of high voices and every sentence ends in a rising tone- you know, like this? Making everything sound like a question? You try to interrupt, but she won’t stop talking? About completely irrelevant things? It’s incredibly frustrating and you find no eggs?

If you chose F...
The bard is a big guy who’s very enthusiastic about his lute playing and singing. Enthusiasm goes a long way, but it doesn’t really get you there unless it’s matched with talent. In this case, it’s decidedly not. You ask him where the eggs are hidden whenever there’s a break in the song. He furrows his brow, then shrugs, reaches into his lute case, and just hands you an egg. That was easy.

After a while, it becomes apparent that Jump Scare is tired of speaking in iambic pentameter, so he herds everybody out into the next portion of the egg hunt. Two big swinging doors open and you squint, shielding your eyes from the… harsh sunlight? Is… is it over? Are you free? You tumble into the strangest location yet… a traditional Easter egg hunt. It’s a grassy lawn with a white picket fence, a few small blooming trees, and several privet shrubs. A phony-shaped topiary rears playfully in a ceramic planter; a small pond is home to a few koi and a fat frog. The sky is blue with fluffy white clouds; it’s a beautiful for a good old-fashioned Easter egg hunt.

Where do you search?
A. Today’s list shall provide no guidance.
B. These numbered lists are meaningless and arbitrary.
C. You are free.
D. Search wherever you like.
E. Roll your dice, but don’t be limited by the six answer choices.
F. There is no spoon.

Please note that since this is the LAST DAY, you have until MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT TO MAKE THIS CHOICE. Eggs will be scored throughout the day, and then the closing ceremonies will occur!

In the bathroom there was a basket of eggs.. just laying there. How weird! Wisp had to wonder how they got there, but shrugging it off she just popped two into her own basket and made her merry way out of there after cleaning herself up.

When they finally made it to the end of the line, Wisp found herself, with everyone else in a open, bright field. Her first course of action was to drop and roll in the grass, real grass and not just plastic basket filling. Although she was late to the party, she enjoyed the odd twists and turns that Jump Scare had provided. Nothing compared to the surprise at the end though, Wisp liked a little bit of tradition and searching through real grass was just up her alley.

Eggs: 7 (I think)

Choice! F! No spoon!

Rock had clearly chosen wrong on who to talk too. He was too nice to interrupt and just kept nodding. He was actually relieved a bit to move onto the next area. It was strange seeing the sun again, if it was even the real sun...
The stallion decided to search in the grass near the fence. He had no reasoning it just seemed like a decent place to look.

EGGS: 4

Twilight was a bit sad that there were no eggs in there! She figured that it sounded like a good place to check... Of course... She hadn't realized how DIFFICULT they were to get to and they search. So, in the end, it was fruitless. She sighed a bit as she heard about the treasure trove that was the bathroom. It was too bad that she missed out on that! Just to see it would be wonderful. Maybe someone took some pictures... She looked around.

Their journey was coming to an end! It was certainly interesting none the less. She got to see all kinds of places in this warehouse, things she had no idea where in there. And the best part was probably getting to see all those animals! She loved that. It was the best.

She decided to make her last choice in this game. Even if it turned out she didn't get anything, it had been a fun game! She enjoyed herself so very much. One of her favorite things was looking for eggs after all!

B. These numbered lists are meaningless and arbitrary.

Choice: E. Shut up and roll wink

Spear Mint thanked the kind, though untalented, bars and continued onward.

O, this looks nice! The petite phony skipped around, looking for more eggs just because... Well, he did need to work off that nasty liver pineapple that was still sitting in the bottom of his belly.

Choice D. Search wherever you like.

Awww! No eggs again in this room, but it was alright. She had gotten eight eggs and to her that was great! Sure she probably wasn't going to win, but whoever did win deserved to for their great egg hunting skills. When it came to the last room though, Holly just couldn't help but look a bit more. This easter egg hunt had been so much fun, and she couldn't wait to do something else like this again!

Saying goodbye to the lovely bard and squinting at the harsh sunlight, Foxtrot looked around what had to be the most normal of normal egg hunts she had ever seen. not even Jump Scare had much to say. Must this be the last round? Sighing softly yet with a smile, Foxtrot welcomed the touch of the grassy lawn beneath her hooves and set off to check out the pond, peering down at the lovely fish and adorable fat little frog.

The scene that Haute discovered in the bathroom was downright surreal. After all that time they'd spent hunting up and down for eggs, risking life, limb, and palate, all it took was a simple trip to the bathroom to find the motherlode. Ridiculous. He did his hair, then tucked two of the eggs from the basket on the floor into the basket on his arm. He even had time to enjoy a mug of root beer at the bar with his dad!

When the time came once more to move along, Haute and Neg were both completely unprepared for what came next. No tricks, no traps, no surprises - just the sweet outdoors, springy grass underhoof, and the potential of finding maybe another egg to beef up Haute's total. Honestly, it was such a beautiful day out, that the intent of the egg hunt was almost lost on them entirely as they snooped around by the pond, both ogling at the koi with similar expressions of intent curiosity, and quietly debating whether it would be safe to reach in and pet one.

E- roll your dice and- Oh look! A koi pond!
Eggs= 7

There was a loud gasp among the crowd as they stepped into the sunlight. That gasp having escaped from one gleeful Paws who was now galloping as fast as her little legs could muster, trying to find the eggs. Her first choice was the pond after spotting an extremely cute frog. With a giggle nosed him and attempted to ribbit herself.

E. Roll your dice, but don’t be limited by the six answer choices.

TH glared as the only plastic egg got snatched up in front of his eyes. He raised a hoof, ready to punch whomever it was that chose the same option as him, but quickly was interrupted by Jump Scare again.

The blinding sunlight shot into his face and he lowered his eyelids, squinting. Not giving an arse anymore, he rolled the dice one last time and started to walk away from this crowd. He had enough of this game. It's time to leave. If it's a 1, he told himself, i'm booking it outta here!

(( lol i thought it was over already. i see quote and there is MORE? XDD ))
