XD it's the one black guy in the anime, can't miss him.
Kinda as if htey needed a gay guy and a black guy to avoid being racist. They already had enough characters, so they decided to do both in one character...
So they kinda send out the message that the one black guy in your neighbourhood is gay. Also, he's great with guns or with fire. (No really, what is it with black guys and fire??)
*sigh* Sometimes I doubt if anime producers actually know what they're doing XD
