Speaking of Pokeyman:
I'm having trouble finding the ballon guy...I know it only appears once every friday, in front of the windmill place, but I've been searching there for about 30 minutes, and haven't run into it yet.
What am I missing?

I'm having trouble finding the ballon guy...I know it only appears once every friday, in front of the windmill place, but I've been searching there for about 30 minutes, and haven't run into it yet.
What am I missing? not sure, *Resorts to stratagy guide* from what I read and the pictures I see, it just floats in front of the valley windworks, you'll see it.
