is dark hour global and does it effect machinery in space like satellites?

Or more to the point, if you travel around during dark hour can you pretty much consider yourself undetected by normal organizations?

Ishi went where Ishi was taken lol. I followed a link so I don't think I made any mistake. For now she's oncall and studying a Japanese aesthetcs concept on the side as evidenced by the book with her belongings. the sort of thing a hypernationalist might recommend.

She never attended any school. She practiced post-mortem anatomy, forensic sciences, and got a taste for the occult as a child laborer and received her education directly from yatagarasu and its resources after having been selected by the demon of a fallen member to be its summoner.

She completed her first mission 14 years prior but her M.O. and mental state made her better suited for a more behind the scenes role in a violent city like Osaka and its demon world counterpart.

Her dossier would probably say she's 100% trustworthy as a person and agent but, unless made to feel obligated, she used to be the sort that may injure or kill 30 civilians or more to raise the odds of killing the intended target from 99-100%. The only thing that's changed is how much she's grown and learned about how the world works and the values of her comrades though granted this seems to have heavily decreased causalities especially if you don't count broken kneecaps.

As of 4 years ago she no longer needs special permission to interrogate children and the elderly. Currently she is experienced but ending her rehabilitation officially. (as officially as yatagarasu gets anyways)
