no, his village is the village hidden in the smoke, and his characters face is horribly altered on the left half, so he is NOT a mime

I dunno it seems to me like you ripped off something else in order to make your char...
You know the next time they do that whole "Who wants to be a Super Hero" show...I thought of the PERFECT superhero name that will be the basis of my powers!

Still, yours is the only village I know of where the insignia impeeds breathing without being your standard one, (This part is an assumption I made that it is in the Naruto world because all of the major villages are named 'The Village Hidden in the Stuff')
that many ninjas use.
