((UNS---Daryle))

Daryle couldn’t hide the smirk from his face when the mystery of who the imposter was, was finally revealed to him. Thomas Moses…the smelly man Daryle had met on a few occasions while working for the UNS on the side of his usual job. The Breezy Owl was highly amused at this turn of events. Thomas the big bad Death Owl was now a wind manipulating Texan with a shredded hat? How funny. “Well now…I don’t know if I should be more insulted that you chose this place to trash…or the fact that you are tarnishing the wonderful air that I love so much with your ugly self…” Daryle remarked and a small laugh of mock humour. “You are going to fly me like a kite? Sounds like fun Tommy boy. I have been meaning to smash a few heads in today…How about you start me off?” Daryle needn’t wait for Thomas was already making his first move to strike out against the Breezy male. “Not the patient type, are you...Fine…Let’s get this over with…”

Thomas had thrown himself forward into a front flip mixed with an axe kick. Daryle knew this tactic because it was one he had used so many times before. He could tell the difference between himself and Thomas with the amount of pressure that was now raining down on him. The old Death Owl had more strength… “A Herald? When the hell did this happen?” While Daryle had preferred to not get himself too involved in this war, he was pretty sure he should have known about changes in power such as this. Although, back in Italy he had left on his own accord with Annie….which may explain how he had have missed something like this. The blonde male did not have much time to linger on past events. He had to get head into the moment at hand. Alcohol was fuelling him onwards and keeping his anger burning like a wild fire. The axe was not the only problem; he also had two compressed blasts to evade. Shouldn’t be too hard right?

Daryle threw up a wall of compressed air above him to take the full brunt of the axe kick. He had a plan for the two smaller attacks and that was going to be put into play now. He manipulated his own small clumps of air into the same kind of form as Thomas’s blast and then he allowed the blasts to collide and send him backwards. That freed him from the pressurised axe kick attack that had been ‘eating’ away at his wall of air. Daryle was somewhat sure that this man was still inexperienced with air manipulation…he couldn’t have had this ability less than two months right? If that was the case then Daryle would have to play on his experience heavily while not giving away too many hints on this particular power. Playing it safe to a certain extent.

Daryle flipped backwards and landed crouched on the floor. His green eyes stared through strands of blond hair as he glanced up towards Thomas. “Well now. This is rather interesting. For someone of your age you are surprisingly nimble. Now, Tommy boy…quick question; Why Japan? Ah…Let me guess…Sushi gave you food poisoning…Or…did someone leave a sour taste in your mouth?” The Breezy Owl stood up and grinned like a man ready to kill. He had already grown tired of this long distance fighting crap. He wanted to get his hands physically on Thomas, to pound his face into pulp and snap the bones in his body. The burning anger inside was something Daryle hated and often regretted the next day. But…he was sure he would not regret a thing if he killed the man before him in cold blood. It was no more than what Thomas deserved.

Jumping up in a movement quicker than an average human, Daryle lunged towards Thomas at break neck speed that left him looking like a blur. Before he collided head on with Thomas, Daryle leapt up and over Tom and spun round with a kick aimed towards the new Heralds back. Air cushioned the sole of Daryle’s foot, his own little pressure inducing attack that, while lacked the flashy nature of Thomas’s attack, it was effective and painful for the person on the receiving end. And that s what Darly wanted…Thomas in as much pain as possible.

((TFP---Serena))

Serena almost dropped Rikki when Kojiro’s voice rang in her ears. “Oh!? This?! Why?! Aahahaha…” Serena patted the kitten fondly before shoving her into Koji’s hands “I was playing with her and telling her to leave the spider alone. Yeah…that’s right, a big spider. Rikki was encouraging it to come out and well…I hate spiders…” The Vanishing Owl actually shuddered involuntarily at the thought of some 8 legged freak crawling around her little home unchecked. “Anyway! Dinner is ready! Shall we go through to the dining area and dig in?” Kojiro did not get the chance to question the Vanishing Owl any further for she was already ushering himself and Rikki towards the table. Serena pulled out a chair and had Kojiro sit telling him to keep hold of Rikki to ensure that the curious kitten left the ‘spider’ alone. She then headed back into the kitchen and began serving up the various food stuff she had prepared….All the while she hoped against hope that Cerberus would be a good dog and stay in her bedroom…even if it meant sacrificing her new bed…

Cecilia followed behind the others. She had never been to this place before so she couldn't exactly pin point where the training rooms were located. Anya, who obviously had was the one who led them down the many hallways. This place might have looked the size of a normal grand casino, but on the inside, it was vast with many twists, turns, and secrets. Perhaps even traps waiting to be sprung and send them to their deaths. She wouldn't put it past The Dark Prince. The new Gravity Herald had not fought alongside Anderson before. She couldn't help, but become curious as to how they would fair as a team. Cecilia had never really seen him in action before.

Moli was the one she was truly worried about given his hold over photokinetics. If she was touched with them, then she would be rendered useless as her physical abilities could only do so much against them. Of course what she didn't tell them was that she had learned a few things. But why tell them and ruin the surprise? Why not show them? Anya...Anya might be a threat given her abilities over Poison. Cecilia knew she would have to keep her guard up. Plus who knew what else the new Earth Herald had learned during these two months? The Gravity Herald knew that there would be no disappointments here today nor during their two weeks of training.

And in mere moments, Che saw that there would have to be a little more movement on his part of he was going to retain both his energy and his health against the little firecracker Tai. Sebastian, the butler, was simply standing idly by as the fight progressed. Being the inquisitive man he was, Che questioned his motives. While he seemed to be attending to the dried blood that was there near the entrance to the pit, the Mastering Owl couldn't help but think there was more going on than a concern for cleanliness. As long as he wasn't moving though, Che wasn't complaining. The brawler before him seemed to have his task down...that is if the task was a diversion or just keeping Che company.

When Tai tugged at his pants to hoist himself forward, Che's light purple eyes twitched in surprise. At least this man was a thinker, although the way he fought seemed to express a lack of care for his body. His still though had probably cause his physical defense to grow over the years anyway. That only meant Che had to attack in a softer fashion, or rather defend in a direct way. When the younger man threw his knee forward, the lazy Owl's posture shifted, but his stance remained the same. Before going into the attack, Che released a quick sigh relenting the he'd have to resort to the more softer styles of the Chinese. Rolling his eyes lethargically, the sinewy man threw his still lifted leg backwards and with the momentum, leaned forward slapped Tai's knee downward. Continuing with his assault, he made a circular motion with his hands after diverting Tai's attack and shot both his arms forward. Keeping his palms turned inward toward him, he went to strike Tai's chest with knuckles of his index and middle finger. This wouldn't damage the man as it was more of a thrust than it was a punch. Instead, Che was looking to make the man lose his balance and stumble. If he could do that, he could easily continue his combination into something stronger.

"Well now kid! Damn, you seem a bit mad. If ya don't like what I'm doin' with the place, then by all means, try to stop me." If the hurricane that was still brewing in the air wasn't enough of an atmosphere, the broken crepuscular rays of full moon that was blocked out by the swirling clouds above provided the lighting and mood for this little event. Thomas, the inexperience, but powerful Wind Herald vs. Daryle, the Breezy Blonde. Thinking of this more of a test in which the teacher could be killed brought a smile to Thomas's pale, rough lips. As his excitement grew, the tone of his skin too change. Like Sabrina, the Herald whom he thought he killed, his skin became touched with a high, almost unnoticeable shade of green. Unlike his Negation though, when his power was active, it released a scent that didn't repel his unsuspecting targets. After Thomas's attacks began to pressure the Breezy Owl, the Herald took this time to think of what to do and how to perform in this fight.

If it wasn't obvious, this man knew more about his ability than Thomas did, so he'd have to rely on him for ideas. Surely, the blonde knew this and wouldn't give away too much for the elder to pick up on. It didn't matter though for Thomas as aware that this power in Daryle's hand was a gun whereas in his, it was a hydrogen bomb. Whatever Daryle may have considered weak, Thomas could easily level a skyscraper with it. That was his only advantage here and he'd use it to the best of his ability. His dark eyes narrowed when Daryle escaped his onslaught of attacks...that was fine in the eyes of the man. His squinting came from him studying the younger male for anything he could use for himself. "Nimble huh? Heh, why think you kid. And smash some heads huh? I hear there be some bullies on the playground lookin' fer ya. How about you run along and play somewhere with some kids your age?"

"If you must know, ya sorry excuse for an air conditioner, I'm here on business. Like I said earlier, kids don't need to be around when the grown-ups are doin' business. You should probably leave before I decide to crack my strap over your back..." Pleasantries. Thomas didn't wish for Daryle to leave. Hell, had he left, surely he would hunt the man down until he could skin him alive and hang him somewhere as a trophy. If this fight went his way, he would be able to do just that. When the blonde man shot at him like an autumn breeze, Thomas braced himself for a frontal assault. Instead, what he got was a roundhouse aimed for his back. Unable to do much now as he was used to his Negation handling the threat of contact, he spun around, wildly throwing a back handed punch to the man's shin. His fist was wrapped in a bubble of air, for defense, but once his fist was in range, he'd expand it and let it explode outward in a nice little shockwave.

Roulin's battle with the four, plume-like arms that stretched from his back was now over. It was Bailey's turn to combat her ability and gain control over it. If it didn't happen today, they had tomorrow, and the next day and so on until their mission was carried out. More than likely, she wouldn't gain control over all six of her arms, but maybe one or two. The Life Owl wouldn't be surprised if she did gain control over at least three. Containing the destructive force of the six in at least two days would impress him. Judging from her bout, her progress might be average in pace. Before they left for New Exire, Roulin would see to it that her arms were her's even if it meant him helping her in another way.

"You better put that confidence you had earlier to some use here. If you don't, your arms are going to rip me apart." Roulin said, reminding the girl that there was someone present here. If she really wanted this to happen, she'd heed his words and think harder about this. Now that he collar was gone, there was nothing stopping her arms from attacking besides herself. Roulin knew he was in no danger as he could become liquid. "C'mon Bailey! Are you weak or strong? If you're weak, you're going to die in Exire. No one will remember your name or what you've done for Owls across the world! If you're strong, then you'll be of some use to the cause! Now c'mon and focus before you tear me limb from limb!"

Tai looked as his attack was deflected downward, he was not restraining his movement since he threw all his weight into this attack, however, this never meant he was open for a hit. Tai let his leg fly out and stomp onto the ground, planting itself steadily into the dirt, Tai looked and saw Che's hands coming towards him, Tai saw this and came up with several ideas, however, before he could execute anything too drastic he took the full blow, he looked behind him and stumbled, he was not trying to catch his stance or remain on his feet. He stretched his arms outward to his sides and fell to the ground. Falling flat on his back as he hit the ground, Tai did not move or make an effort to get up, His eyes opened slowly as a pained grimace escaped through his gritted teeth, he did not say anything at this point, and simple struggled to even move his body at all.

((NPC - Cerbs))

"3:" Cerberus was sooooo close. The kitteh had swatted him on one of his noses, and then Serena had to take his kitty away.... The three headed hellhound was not amused when Serena pushed him back into the bedroom. He looked at the Vanishing Owl's bed, snorted, and then turned back to the bedroom door. He vanished, slipping under the door by making his size the size of a small dot. Then, he scurried over to Kojiro's side as a black dot and then...increased his size to his cute form from before. He barked and once again tried to paw Rikka.

((Will))

The Satan Owl sat in his office. For those that weren't fighting, there were screens up that displayed the fights between those that were actually fighting. However, Will didn't need those screens to know what was happening. He simple knew. Being the "good" host he was, he allowed the people not fighting to rest in his office and in their to-be-rooms after the rooms were cleaned. If the guests wanted to gamble, they could go ahead. Will offered them chips just as he had when Anya found him back in the Japanese casino. Even if Las Vegas and Japanese cultures were different, it didn't change the fact that the two places both had casinos under the blonde devil's jurisdiction.

Will sighed as he noticed Tai's predicament. "Hmph. That's not really all there is to Tai," he mumbled for those that remained in his office. And you'd better be playing, Tai. I know you can regenerate. Stop faking it. At that moment, the Satan Owl received a call as a light lit up on his desk, a signal from Japan. He didn't really need the call to know. The voice on the other side of the phone gave a quick report of the damage that Thomas had done and described that two were in a battle at the moment. From the description, Will could tell that Daryle was drunk. It didn't concern the Satan Owl. There was a reason why Will had taken Daryle under his wing. Hmm...ah...Thomas, jealous, hmm? Why else would you do that? Will was not pleased that Thomas had demolished one of his favorite places in Japan, but what else could Thomas do right now besides destroy stuff to annoy him? Saxton, I don't expect you to kill him, but do make him feel it.

And then there was Cerbs, chasing after a kitten again. That had nothing to do with the fact that Serena called Will a kitten. The dog was bored. Will underestood, but he did not call Cerberus back. He wanted the dog to remain by Serena's side for a certain reason.

Lucien gripped his hands tightly for a minute, as he looked at the complex Amara ran into he had two options collapse the building from out here or in there, one would be a way of taking away his long ranged powers and keeping him in close quarters combat, Lucien had no intention of having that now. He reached up attempting to control the glass that was inside of the building, but as he tried his head suddenly hurt. He grabbed it with one hand as he winced lightly, the feeling was one he knew all to well. "Trying to shut off my powers? Clever Amara." He said as he looked at the building. Seeing as the weather continued to persist and rage he knew that power was safe, when he looked down the pole of energy he was standing on was still there so he knew that power still worked and his telekinetic traps had yet to be sprung so his telekinesis was still up and running. He looked at the building he couldn't pinpoint Amara he hadn't gained any kind of tracking powers but that wasn't necessary. He flicked his wrists releasing his razor wires. As he hurled them forward they wrapped themselves around the edges of the tattered building, Lucien pulled back and the wires began cutting through the building's structure he would bit by bit tear this building apart if he had to, he knew the ups and downs of fighting close combat and he wasn't feeling like testing whether or not his superstrength or speed still worked.

Anderson followed after his team members, the smile never leaving his face as he looked around the hallways. He wasn't suprised by Anya's anger, he had heard stories about it, looks like they were true. He glanced at Cecilia, she had powers similar to himself, he wondered how well they would work as a team when their powers were so similar, oh well looks like they'd find out soon enough. As he wandered off in his own mind he began thinking about what had happened; the experiences, the events, the friends all of them were for the most part gathered here and yet everyone seemed so doom and gloom, he wondered why. He understood the situation perfectly, they were going to brutally murder a tyrannical OWL leader and her team of chronies, and if they felt like dying for her then they would, but he still didn't see why in these two weeks why they had to be so serious that Charlie Sheen would back off them.

((UNS---Daryle))

“Mad? Me? Of course not. How can I possibly be mad when I have you here to beat on? You know, you have saved me from having to find some entertainment this evening. Why f**k around with some nameless woman when I can f**k you up instead?” Daryle was hardly impressed with the man’s word choices. A mere child would be able to tell you that Daryle was angry Tom was stating the obvious and it failed to get a reaction from Daryle in any way shape or form. “Bullies hm? Kids my age? Well now Tommy boy. Are you telling this to me or to yourself? Killing children and woman…Ah, is that all you are capable of? Are you that damn scared about facing the bigger men that you settle with the weak? I guess I shouldn’t expect anything less from a yella bellied son of a whore” Daryle let out a small laugh and shook his head in mock humour “Geez, you are really pitiful now I have taken a good look at you. It is a shame I couldn’t give a flying f**k and bring myself to pity scum.”

The blonde Breezy Owl expected Thomas to defend against his kick with a bit more skill then what he had. A punch to Daryle’s shin with pressurised air wrapped around his fist like a padded boxing glove was a pleasant added bonus for the Breezy male. “Oh?....” The best part had yet to come. For when Thomas’s punch made ‘light’ contact with Daryle’s leg the air bubble exploded outwards much like a mini shockwave. Daryle’s eyes narrowed slightly as he prepared himself for the condensed air expanding outwards, and before he knew it he had been pushed upwards and back. Some quick hand movements saw to it the Daryle had a more comfortable landing than anyone else in his shoes would have. Things were getting interesting.

Standing up with a smile wider than a Cheshire cat, Daryle clapped his hands “…I can see that the saying ‘You can’t teach an old dog new tricks’ is actually very wrong in your opinion.” While Thomas had been able to fend off against Daryle’s attack it had been sloppy and quite random. Did this mean that old Tom was not that strong when it came to handling such straight forward attacks? Well there was only one way to test this theory out. Of course, Daryle was going to take precautions before he approached Thomas again. He stirred the air around him and manipulated it to form cushioned armour of some sort that coated him from head to toe. The job of this pressurised air clothing was to protect Daryle against direct hits and cheap shots. (something he was sure Thomas used) One thing that was good about this element was it was everywhere and when used correctly…it was a highly useful and powerful ability.

“How are you with lizards, Tommy? I should think you get on with them alright seeing as your DNA is more closely related to them as supposed to a humans DNA…” The green eyes Owl’s hands moved in slow careful movements as he stared towards the old Death Owl. The air picked up around him and whipped his hair about sharp tugs that slapped around his reddened cheeks (Due to the alcohol) The Breezy man had played around with his Owl ability so much over the years that it was now a natural part of his life. One of the things Daryle had messed around with was making shapes with the air. Sure you have your everyday hurricanes and mini zephyrs, but there were other things that could be created. The Breezy Owl smiled as he broke out into a sprint once again, this time he was accompanied with what appeared to be a long serpentine creature made of air. Laughing, Daryle sent the Chinese dragon shaped monster ahead of him to startle Thomas. The dragon would wrap around the Wind Herald to unbalance him before Daryle attacked with a fury of punches starting with a tightly clenched left hook towards the man’s jaw.

((NPC---Seb)

Sebastian rubbed the back of his head as he continued taking mental notes on what needed to be done in the arena once the little sparring session was over. Only after entertaining himself in that way did Sebastian look back towards the fight at hand. “Hmm?” It seemed Tai was lying around. Nothing out of the ordinary there “Oh dear, get up and dust yourself of, Tai. We can’t have Cheani standing around with no one to play with..” The black haired butler sighed before smirking. As calm as anything, Sebastian strolled towards the two males and prodded Tai with a foot. “Is it time to stop playing already?” A small frown graced his facial features as he pulled off his gloves and tucked them into his jacket pocket. “Whenever you are ready Tai..” The butler smirked down at the boy before stepping towards Che with the same air of calm that he always seemed to have.

Directly in front of Sebastian the air seemed to ripple like it was a puddle that had been poked with a finger. This was what Sebastian could do… The black haired butler stepped into the ripple and vanished from view for a few seconds. He appeared right behind Che and tapped the Italian on the back “Boo~” He laughed before ducking back into another portal and ending up to the left of the Mastering Owl. “I take it this is enough for you to understand the basics of what it is I do….” Seb was not going to give the Che a full blown rundown on his power. No, he was going to leave Che to figure it out as the fight progressed. This was about learning after all and Sebastian was not one to piss all over a student’s memorising skills. “I promise you I have nothing hidden up my sleeves…No cheap moves….nothing.” The butler bowed lowly. This was not only a sign of respect…but his way of showing that he would not harm the person before him…Of course; Will was the only one who knew the full meaning behind the bow.

Sebastian cleared his throat and snapped his fingers as if he was summoning something or expecting something to happen. Nothing happened…at least anything that was viewable to the naked eye. What had happened was Sebastian had opened up his tunnel of portals. The darkened room made it next to impossible to spot or locate them so the arena was playing in his favour in that respect. “Ah, let’s not stand around too long…” With that he lurched forwards into the first portal. One that would have him coming out above Che with a shiny heel ready to cave the Italians head in…

Roulin's words of encouragement touched Bailey's ears. She stepped back, struggling to force the six deadly ethereal arms away from Roulin before they ripped him to shreds. The collar was no more and could therefore no longer hold the deadly vectors back. Now it was up to her to regain full control of them before they tore both their master and Roulin apart. "No!" she screamed using every ounce of the willpower that she had to pull the vectors away from Roulin. "Have you forgotten?! Without me you'd be nothing! Without me, you would not be able to live or function!" The vectors vibrated angrily at her words and slammed themselves down upon the ground with such a force that created massive tremors in the earth. Deep cracks ran along the ground from where the deadly arms had struck. The tremors themselves, forced Bailey down to her knees, but she stood back up with difficulty. They were angry, refusing to let themselves fall under control of such a weak girl.

Bailey could not force them back within her. They no longer wanted to be trapped. "Is that all you've got?" she taunted them. "Back then you were so much more powerful! You could do just about anything! Now look at you! You've become soft! You know there is only one way to regain such control again!" The vectors began to twitch violently. Bailey waited with baited breath, yet remained on her guard. Suddenly, five of the vectors changed their course away from Roulin and launched themselves at Bailey, but the last one remained still before casting itself in front of its brothers in attempts to protect Bailey. The five rampaging vectors slammed into the sixth now some-what tamed one. If it could make any noise, it would have let out a bloodcurdling shriek of pain, but did not fall. The sixth vector drew its head back like a viper placing itself defensively in front of its master.

Tai braced himself and saw nothing instead he almost broke the foot of a certain butler that was lightly prodding him. Sadly enough this situation was not unusual for him, but usually he was a bloody heap on the ground after more...complicated tasks. Tai looked around and sighed,"....Too good to strike a downed opponent....damn you and your honor...or whatever bullshit you idiots always follow...." he let out with a growl or chuckle of some sort Tai clenched his fists and slowly rose to his feet, realizing his facade would not work on fighters like this,"....Come on Sebby!...you don't think I would be put out of commission that quick?" Tai readied his fists,"I'm just getting started!" Tai watched as the butler vanished, taking the moment pause as he vanished, " he dashed towards Che again, he weaved side to side and then threw a hand full of sand he clenched earlier, and kept the other handful to stiffen his fist, delivering a crushing right hook.

((Nicko, what about Phantom's reaction post???))

As Amara meditated, she had a feeling that Lucien wouldn't go into the building that she was in. It didn't matter. She soon began to hear the shifting of the building as other floors seemed to collapse. Focusing on the pipes in the building she began to detach them as they broke through the walls of the destroyed building. As the floor above her began to cave in, she began to fly outwards as large pieces of the building were falling, she telekineticly launched it at Lucien. The steel pipes remained hidden. A few were launched from behind Lucien, as Amara began to charge towards him. Her weapons in hand, she lept over the flying shards of the building being hurled at her lover and began to swipe violently at Lucien.

As she continued to try and fight Lucien, Amara was strategicly welding the remainder of the pipes together, embedding them on the surface of the ground. It expanded for a few blocks and at one end a gas station sat, where gasoline was still in the underground chamber. The valves began to twist slowly releasing the gasoline through the newly fused pipe path that Amara had set up. "Give me a challenge Lucien" she said to him.

Attack someone while they're down huh? Hadn't ol' Sebby there saved you kid, you'd have been castrated. Violently. "Yeah, you know. Class and dignity just ooze from my pores in buckets Tai. Hehe, next time, don't stay down too long..." The darkened card that always represented what could be a potential explosion slithered on back into Che's long, dark violet sleeve. The plan of attack after knocking the man to his back was to plant it just inches from his inner thigh and force him up. If not that, then force him to approach. Before that idea could be set into motion, Sebastian made a move after standing to the side for a moment. For him, Che kept his abilities at bay making sure not to reveal to much to butler. He looked like a thinker...a strategist. From the looks of things, Tai was just the man who drew out what his opponents could do...antique tactic, but still brilliant nonetheless.

"You're just getting started eh? Well, I haven't moved from this spot since...Jesus Chr--Seb!?..." The momentary session of low keyed gloating was put to a stop when Sebastian revealed what appeared to the base of his ability and appeared behind him. So this man was an Owl? That did change things, but Che was still Che. Frazzled by the man's appearance and the tap on his shoulder, the Mastering Owl took a quick step forward to evade whatever he had planned. There wasn't much though for soon after he revealed his ability, he was back over yonder bowing curtly. This man's pores may have dripped with class and dignity, but Che wouldn't know until the fight actually picked up. Tai's movement off to the side tore his attention away from Sebastian and now that he was up and moving again, the elder knew he had to move.

"Cheap moves Seb? I really don't care. I know a guy that'll use any rotting, lowdown stinking tactic he can to win..." The combatant was referring to none other than Thomas whom he still had a debt to settle. Til then, Tai and Sebastian would be his practice for that day. Now, the sand trick was something Che didn't expect. Apparently Tai was the expression 'no fight is a fair fight' personified. The Italian didn't mind it as his ancestors were probably the ones who constructed such tactics anyway. After taking the spray of sand to his eyes, Che knew now he had to go off of instincts with this man. Digging into his bag of memorized styles, the frizzy haired bum decided now was the time to move his a** and move it nimbly. Borrowing from the more contemporary Brazilian, the sinewy man narrowly dodged Tai's right hook when he went into the motion of what one would consider a cartwheel's start-up. To evade both Tai's attack and Sebastian's, which Che had no idea was there, he extended his right leg and brought it forward in a sweeping motion. First thing, which may have been unseen by both the men, was Che planting a white card down in the dark brown sand. When the man's hand came up, it would be easy to see, but once it fulfilled it's purpose, it'd be easier to see. It was a flash card and would illuminate brightly when it's owner commanded it to. As for the defensive offensive attack, If the forward sweep hit Tai's legs, that was just a bonus. If he jumped, then Che could bound away after twisting around and flipping backwards.

"A lizard huh? Please, a rattlesnake is more like it you drunk b*****d..." Even with the big talk spewing from Thomas's mouth, he knew that without his Negation, this fight would be tough even if he was against another man with the same ability. At this rate, he'd have to overpower him or something as tactics had not yet been formed with the power. Those days spent brooding over lost time and broken history and those nights spent celebrating various UNS victories should've been spent training with the organizations best aerokinetics. The Herald was sure of himself though. In the end, this fight wouldn't matter. He'd be the victor and this pasty faced dancer would just be another smudge on the bottom of his boot. "Saxton, you little ******** you....I do have in mind a woman and child I'd like to visit. Maybe after I'm done here, I'll see what they're up to."

After his wildly thrown backhand 'connected' with Daryle's kick, Thomas was sent spinning around, his shoes shredding the upper surface of the bridge. Had he had on spurs, a spiral may have been etched into the wood. Had he had on spurs, he may have been trying to fight with his legs against the former UNS employee. One thing Daryle had right now was speed. Thomas wasn't prepared to think on his toes, so now there would be only powered attacks from him. He wanted to hear the bones of the family cracking beneath the pressure of his own ability, but before he could attain such a sweet prize, he needed to get past his experience. Copying from him, he formed a barrier around his torso, shins and hands, but not his thighs. This was simply to retain some speed in his attacks while remaining heavy handed.

"Alright ya goddamn ballerina fairy....let's see what you can teach me..." The Herald of Wind was ready and now it was time to show it. First, the dragon of Wind that Daryle had formed in his free time. A slow walk was the dark man's pace. As the serpent neared him, his creep hastened and he drew his arm back with great force. When Negation was his power, he didn't needed to worry about attacks even getting to him, but now that he had a power that didn't allow such...cheapness....he was forced to show some kind of strength. The man's muscles bulged beneath the sleeves of his dark green turtleneck sweater as he slammed a wickedly powerful left hook into the side of the serpent's smokey jaw. If the beast weren't composed of pure air currents and had bones, the sound of it's skull cracking would be more than just audible. Whereas Thomas couldn't savor that particular sound, he did relish the sound of the bridge breaking beneath the pressurized attack. Where the Herald stood fell into the river beneath, but he himself remained hovering.

When the water that was tossed into the air lowered, Thomas remained staring up at Daryle with leveled, angered eyes. "Goddamn it kid, I hope ya sober up quick...because if ya don't, I'm gonna skin you like a crocodile son. Now let's git on with it." Wasting no more words on the breezy family man, Thomas shot up at him with great force. If the lands weren't covered with water brought subsequently by the rain, then what was displaced from the leaf crested river did. The Herald's path was slow, but still fast enough to catch regular Owls and humans off guard. Because this was Daryle though, Thomas decided to add something to his attack. Manipulating the air currents, he attempted to draw the angered blonde towards him using a vacuum. The aim now was to barrel through the man and shatter his foundation completely. Even he knew it was too early to hope for such, but at least now they'd be on level ground even if the ground was a few feet in the air.

Roulin's features couldn't help but break into a smile when one of Bailey's arms rushed to her defense. That was step in the right direction no doubt, but there were still five other arms she had to tame and fast. If Roulin suspected that she may be losing her focus, he step in and save her. After all, he knew he could fix her collar whenever it needed to be. If she could master this though, then there would be no more need for it. She could be the real Owl she was meant to be all along.

"C'mon....c'mon....one down, five more to go..." Roulin had yet to become his liquid form that would render him impervious to the hands. He remained flesh just for Bailey. As long as he was there, speaking her through this and at the same time making himself a target, she'd have more incentive to focus. The battle between the Owl and her unruly synthetic power intrigued the young Life Owl and at the same time, it made him apologetic. Her power was something and it was only natural for such a small girl to have this much of a time with it. Later on, he'd apologize to Bailey and thank Erin for drawing up the schematics of Exire which he'd only half read at this point. Turning his purple eyed gaze back onto Bailey, Roulin looked on as the internally external struggle continued.

(( S*** I knew I was forgetting something lol ))

Lucien thrusted his hands forward as the building fragments were launched at him. He flipped backwards off of the pole of energy, midway through his leap he thrusted out his arms to fire off a powerful sonic pulse, however it would soon hit Lucien that this power to had been blocked off. He immediately changed tactics as the building fragments hit his body. An electrical charge shot through his body as he slammed his fist into one of the fragments shattering it on contact. He landed on the ground sliding backwards on his feet as he regained his footing. Spinning around he leapt up roundhouse kicking the building fragment aimed for his back. "You're good Amara, you managed to block off some of my more useful powers. But thankfully not my more familiar ones." As Amara launched herself in a mroe melee ensemble Lucien implimented an old favorite of his, one he used constantly when he was younger. He waved his hand out as telekinetic blades formed behind his body. With each strike Amara performed a different blade rushed forward blocking it, as he controlled the blades effortlessly with his mind swiping his arms as he moved to launch another of his blades. With a final push he slashed his hand downward using one of his blades he slashed it through a wire laced onto a bent light pole. As it was cut the pole fell to the ground but in doing so it released the roof like structure that it was supporting as it fell it slid down the way on a collision course for Amara and Lucien. Lucien, while his blades were keeping Amara at bay immediately ran forward, his superspeed had also been jammed but he still had legs. He pushed off the ground dispersing into a thick shapeless cloud of mist which reformed his body behind the runaway roof keeping him safe from it's path.

As Vincent froze the roof segments in their places Phantom spoke. "Reverse the gravity." Immediately the Phantom and everything else not nailed to the floor shot up pulled by a reverse flow of gravity. As he landed on the roof he watched as Vincent soon followed. "As I said I am a versitile Owl, be ready for any situation." He said as he started walking along the ceiling. As he did he looked towards the ground. "I'm feeling theatrical, how about an old classic?" He asked as he mumbled something shortly after. Immediately a circular boulder began rolling along the vaulted ceiling heading straight towards Vincent. "Just a little something from Indiana Jones, but then again he was before your time. Oh well." He said as he took a few steps back.

Tai's strike missed, as he reared his right hand back, he whipped the hand full of sand towards Che, he was not entertaining enough at the moment, "How disappointing...Will-Sama...toying with prey is all well and nice...but...If he doesn't take this fight seriously...I am afraid this may affect him in a real fight..." Tai thought to himself, he listened to the smart remarks that seemed to ooze out of this idiot's mouth, He sobbed inwardly,"...And he talks to much..." he whined inwardly, Tai looked down to see a leg coming towards him to take his legs out, Tai grinned, and just as quickly as it hit him, he allowed it to slide into the pocket of his ankle and his food, feeling a light impact he quickly set a vice-grip, he let his weight fall and dropped his knee into the ground with a loud impact, catching his Che's foot, and with no hesitation he leaned over and dropped his elbow where Che's knees were at,"If you are so proud of not needing to move an inch..." he thought to himself, he used his other hand to press down harder with his falling elbow,"...Don't move..." he whispered as he put everything into his strike.

Kojiro took the confused and startled Rikka into his arms and looked at Serena, "Spiders?...." he muttered as he was moved along, Kojiro could not help but feel something was off, Kojiro gingerly held Rikka in his arms as he sat down, and as the food was placed in front of him, Rikka made her way to his lap, As Kojiro looked at all the food he felt Rikka acting up, he looked down to see her lightly pawing at the creature next to him, Yelping in fright, Kojiro jumped, forgetting he was in a chair, he slammed his legs into the table, and tripped over the chair falling onto the ground, He saw Rikka jump off him and slowly made her way over to the three headed dog, he Quickly snatched her up and began running,"...Serena! there is a monster in your house!" he cried as he took off and out of the room, holding the oblivious Rikka in his arms simply looking around confused at what the fuss was about.

Amara was aggravated that Lucien was blocking her assault with telekinetic blades. Once he disappeared into a mist, she knew that danger was soon to follow. Looking upwards she could see the roof structure coming towards her. Strapping her weapons to her side, she ran towards it, thrusting herself upwards with her telekinesis, she ran along the structure as it was free falling. Reaching the end, she pushed herself off of the structure, grabbing a chain that was sliding off the structure itself, she threw it towards Lucien, hoping it would wrap around him. She then began to release a series of kicks that began to look like a blur, finishing off with a drop kick towards Lucien's face.

Vincent once again was caught off guard as his body flung upwards onto the roof. Standing up on the ceiling for the architecture, Vincent developed a large lump in his throat. Theatrical? Vincent thought to himself. What did he mean by that? As the large boulder appeared in front of him, it slowly began to gain momentum, Vincent attempted to freeze it but nothing happened. "Damnit" he said out loud as he began to run. The boulder began to gain more momentum and speed, Vincent running frantically looking for a place to duck off. A small crater was in the ceiling, as Vincent lept into it and lied into it. The boulder soon rushed over Vincent, barely missing the teen as he stood up. Looking at Phantom he frowned. Extending his hands, large crystals began to rip through the ceiling rushing towards Phantom, creating large and irregular structures, reaching the ground and attempting to crush Phantom.
