As the chain hurled towards Lucien he felt discharge come from his fingertips. reaching out he grabbed onto the broken streetlight that had set the trap upon grabbing it he gave it an electrical charge thus magnieizing it's metal surface, as the chain grew closer the magnetic force sucked the chain towards the pole to avoid smacking Lucien. When she displayed her more martial skills he raised his hands to block at the kicks while several got through his healing ability kicked in healing the bruises or scraps that her kics produced. When Her drop kick came Lucien tilted his head slightly forward, when it made contact his head slammed into the ground. Immediately a frigid blast of wind swept from behind Lucien blowing with it's torrential might, Lucien's body immediately dispersed into a thick layer of mist which carried itself along the frigid blast of wind, Lucien reformed a short distance away He stood holding a ball of some form of white powder, he threw it towards Amara, while it made contact with the air it began to crackle and pop with sparks, what he had thrown was a ball of pure calcium which in it's natural state is highly explosive and will react with the air. He reformed his telekinetic blades as they floated around him he reached into the pocket from before, pulling out the black flame lighter he flicked the flame to life. He hadn't tried this new tactic before, he wondered how it would work. He reached up running his hand along the length of each of the blades, leaving behind a thick oily substance, the substance was a crude form of gasoline, produced by combining carbon and hydrogen molecules. Holding up the lighter each blade flew through the flames immediately catching on fire, he smiled as his plan suceeded, because the blades were made of telekinetic energy they weren't affected by the flame's discintegration power. He closed the lighter and put it away, his swords again began to fly around him, now each blade surrounded by a coat of black flames. "Your move Amara."

Phantom stared at the crystal, this boy was versatile as well as the crytals rushed towards him Phantom ran forward towards the ctystals as they neared him He leapt up over the columns of crystal that jetted from the floor uder him. He landed on another of the crystals, running and jumping along the crystal's that had already formed on the ground he closed the distance between him and Vincent. "Open voids." He commanded as several portals opened up around Vincent, each one lead to a different scenery, in reality all the 'portals' were just activations when one was jumped through all it would do was immediately change the scenery from the ruins to whatever was displayed on the portal, Phantom purposely was going to let Vincent choose, he wanted to see where this boy felt most comfortable fighting him. As he ran he reached and said "Materialize a sword." A long bladed katana then formed in his hand, as he grasped the handle he continued to rush towards Vincent he was going to strike him down if he didn't choose a portal.

Kojiro took the confused and startled Rikka into his arms and looked at Serena, "Spiders?...." he muttered as he was moved along, Kojiro could not help but feel something was off, Kojiro gingerly held Rikka in his arms as he sat down, and as the food was placed in front of him, Rikka made her way to his lap, As Kojiro looked at all the food he felt Rikka acting up, he looked down to see her lightly pawing at the creature next to him, Yelping in fright, Kojiro jumped, forgetting he was in a chair, he slammed his legs into the table, and tripped over the chair falling onto the ground, He saw Rikka jump off him and slowly made her way over to the three headed dog, he Quickly snatched her up and began running,"...Serena! there is a monster in your house!" he cried as he took off and out of the room, holding the oblivious Rikka in his arms simply looking around confused at what the fuss was about.
((NPC - Cerbs))

So, there was it was. Epic irony. Cute looking three headed hellhound and small little kid kitty exchanging "paws" without hurting each other...yet. Then, Kojiro had to notice and run away. ":3" Cerberus didn't react much when Kojiro fell over, knocked down the chair and disrupted the table, and proceeded to run away with his kitteh! All that came out of Cerbs was a triple "Mrrrr?" as each head "mrrr-ed" in unison. Then, Cerbachu took off after Kojiro and Rikka,charing after Kojiro into the room Kojiro had run into. The dog barked happily. That kitten was not going to go anywhere. Cerbs had touched it, and he wanted to play with the kitty more.

Perhaps she could do this. One of the vectors was already under her control and had rushed to her defense against its five brothers. Bailey's entire body screamed out in pain as blood came from her wounds, but giving up was not an option at this moment. She knew that if she did, she would perish under the sheer power and force of her own mutation. Even though the one vector, which was now under her control was steadily defending her, it was only one. It could not stand its ground for long. Bailey needed to gain control of the others and fast. Two of the vectors then wrapped themselves around Bailey's neck like a serpent squeezing and cutting off her windpipe and choking her, while two of the others slammed their palms down onto the ground lifting her into the air. The last vector fought with the now tamed one, which was trying to defend her.

Bailey gasped for air as she grapsed the two vectors, which were slowly killing her, extending as they began to wrap around her face. No! She would not die! Not like this! Even if she had to go through this everyday, she would master her own mutation! She would become a true Owl! Something in the darkest recesses of her mind snapped and the two vectors, which had been choking her let go immediately, recoiling in what seemed to be pain. "I will no longer fall to your every whim! It is time you learned that I am no longer the scared little girl that you are allowed to bully! It is time you learned that the role of master and servant have been reversed! It is time you learned that I am the one controlling you now! You will no longer control me!" she cried out as the two vectors, which had been choking her just a few moments ago, had now fallen limp, under her complete control just like their brother. There were three left.

((TFP---Serena))

It had not even been 10 minutes since the close call with Cerberus and the kitten when a new commotion erupted within Serena’s flat. The poor Vanishing Owl clenched her fists tightly together and stepped out of the kitchen to be greeted with Kojiro running away and Cerb’s giving chase....looking rather bemused and well…cute as he barked. “Bad dog..” She muttered as she stepped past him and headed towards the Frozen Owl with an apologetic smile and her hands raised in a sign of peace“That’s not a monsters…That’s well…a dog I found the other week…I knew that he would scare you so…I was trying to wait or the right moment before introducing you to each other.” Serena begun with a mall nervous laugh “As you can see….He is not…not quite like other dogs…what with him having three uh…three heads…But I assure you he means no harm. I named him Cerberus…Suits him right?”

The young woman ran a hand through her long white hair. She felt as though she was failing in trying to bring back the air of calm that had filled the room only moments ago. Oh well, no use crying over spilt milk right? “Cerbs…Come and say hello Kojiro and Rikki…” Her silver eye narrowed as she tried to get a message communicated to Cerbs stating that he was not allowed to eat either of the two guests. “I promise you….you will all become good friend. Me and Cerbs and you and Rikki…Hehehe….Fun times to be had…” Inside, Serena was face palming and only hoping that her little brief explanation was enough to satisfy Koji and that Cerbs could be happy now that he would not have to hide away anymore when the Frozen Owl came round to visit….Ah, hope is a bigger word than most people would ever think.

((UNS---Daryle))

Before Thomas’s words had not really cracked the surface of Daryles’s smirking face. But that completely changed when the Wind Herald mentioned a certain woman and child. To say that Daryle was already pissed before this was a mere understatement to how he was feeling now. How the hell did Thomas know about them? His precious expecting wife and darling daughter. The few people that knew anything about Daryle would know that threats like that were the worst possible thing you could do. Even more so when the Breezy Owl had been drinking. “You sick b*****d! You dare lay one filthy finger on them and I will see that you live to regret it. Every waking breath you take would be in pain...I will have you beg for death before this is through…” While under the influence, Daryle’s more logical way of thinking was not in sight. He knew the odds that lay in his favour were well…slim. But that was not going to stop him from attacking the scum bag with everything he had..

The Chinese dragon had been diverted and in the process had taken out the old wooden bridge sending water spraying in all directions. The strength behind Thomas was not to be easily dismissed as mere luck. Daryle could only laugh at the man’s confidence. Luckily or Daryle, he too stunk of confidence in this moment and he was sure to let Thomas know this in any way he can. “Skin me like a crocodile? Ha! Sure old geezer....” The blonde male stared right on back at the quite angry Texan man and shook his head “Why so angry, hmm? You know, stress can be a killer. Though…I doubt there is anyone who would weep for you after you have gone. Ah, the air would be a lot fresher though.” The Breezy Owl laughed when Thomas lunged towards him. “I won’t lose to the likes of him…Not when people are relying on me…” The air around Daryle began to ‘push’ him forwards, it was a pleasant surprise for the Breezy blonde. “He is turning the air into a vacuum…Well now....What to do..”

The playing field had shifted only in a few ways. Instead of fighting on the ground the two men were fighting in the air. Whatever. Daryle was as comfortable in the air as he was on solid ground. The problem at hand now though was ol Tommy boy galloping towards him while drawing Daryle in for some sort of attack that Daryle was sure would do a lot of damage should he take it head on. “Enough thinking..” With his confident smirk in place, Daryle allowed himself to be pulled forwards while at the same time he sprinted. The added pulling power increased his usual high speed by an impressive amount. Thomas was quick…but Daryle was now quicker. A game of chance was about to begin…maybe.

In his left hand Daryle began forming a long very thin blade of highly compressed air. He brought his left arm up and back and readied himself to slash Thomas from his left shoulder downwards across his chest and past his right hip. A vertical slice that would prove rather fatal to any normal being, however, this was a Herald. Still, the attack should be enough to startle the old Death Owl and see some of his blood spilt by Daryle’s hands. Daryle was not in the slightest put off by the Windy man who was now bowling his way towards him. He was thinking of this moment as a form of Russian Roulette, a game he had enjoyed in his teenage years…

((NPC---Seb)

Tai had put the surrounding sand to good use by blinding Che for the time being. Using this to his advantage, Tai had placed Che in some sort of hold. “Good work….but…he is forgetting one thing…” Sebastian face palmed internally as his right foot missed its intended target and caught Tai on the back instead. “Idiot brat..” The black haired butler managed to put less force into the kick and could only hope that Tai’s pain threshold was high enough to withstand the butlers kick from above. Seb leapt of Tai’s back and spun around in the air before landing in a crouched position. From this level the butler was able to make out a smudge of white semi-buried in the sand not so far away from Tai and Che. “Hmm…..what’s this….a card?” Thinking back to the very start, Che had thrown a black card towards Seb and Tai…a black card that had exploded. “Oh..I wonder what it is this card can do…”

“Well, what better way to find out then to allow Tai to be the test bunny?” Sebastian laughed somewhat as he stepped backwards into a portal which teleported him to one of the seats in the audience. From this point of view he was sure to be safe from what the card would do while gaining some sort of understanding as to how Che thought and worked. It was only a shame that Tai would be on the direct receiving end of the mysterious card. Once this was over, Sebastian would re-enter the playing field and this time he would be putting in more effort. Right now he was in the mood for observing. This was Tai’s fault, he had rushed in and hindered Seb’s little attack. “Punishment is given when needed, brat.”

Amara looked at the substance that Lucien had thrown towards her. At first glance she thought it was some form of snow, but when it sparkled she knew it was otherwise. When Lucien pulled out his lighter, Amara could only guess what was next but she didn't have time to fly away or run, she was now surrounded by by jets of fire and explosives, forcing up a telekinetic field around her, the area exploded sending her flying several yards and into a damaged car, the telekinetic field cushioning her fall, and soon fell. She had a few burn marks on her body as her vision was hazy. But something ticked as her eyes glew a dark violet color, the new dominant side of Amara was less patient than her "normal" side who was now locked away in her mind. Lifting upwards in the air things around the psion began to explode and compress.

The pipe that had been filtering gasoline into the area was ripped from the ground as the rest of the gasoline was pushed out towards Lucien. Releasing her dark psionic aura unto the jet stream of gasoline, it ignited upon contact. She was trying to burn Lucien. With a maniacal laugh she flew forward, releasing up to 12 telekinetic pulses towards Lucien, each one stronger than the last, ripping buildings apart and any other thing that was in their way, at the same time her mind stayed synched to Lucien. He would feel her pain she felt for the last two months, this is after all what he deserved for forgetting her.

Vincent looked at the different portals around him, he didn't know where to go and where they even lead to. When Phantom materialized his sword, Vincent looked at the portal that was right above Phantom's head. Focusing he took out two guns and began to fire round at Phantom as he ran forwards, putting them away, Vincent began to cause explosions around Phantom, jumping into the air and pushing off of Phantom's shoulder, Vincent jumped through the portal and awaited to see where he was at.

Lucien's eyes widened slightly as the lit gasoline tore through the air towards him. He crossed his arms over his face as the flames engulfed him and his blades. Suddenly the flames began to spread as the black flame blades tore through the flames Lucien stood walking forward through the air behind his blades the burns on his skin began to heal as he walked forward her telekinetic pulses were matched with his own firing his own pulses his blades dispersed to allow him the room to do what he needed. As her pulses were countered by his own he could see the scenery begind torn away by their telekinetic power, the buildings the ground all of it was subject to their mental whims. He raised his hands to go on the offensive again as a sudden wave of pain surged throughout his body. Lucien immediately stopped in his tracks as the feeling of injuries spread throughout his system, his healing powers however had nothing to heal because it was all psychsymatic. He reached up grabbing his head immediately he knew what to do. Tapping into the expanses of hiss mind he had learned how to control his nervous system down to a tee, the feelings, the annoyances of the little feelings like an itch or a scratch, he couldn't be bothered with those things while he was running the UNS so he learned to simply shut them off, he now saw no better time to do so with pain. As he did so his body immediately relaxed, he regained control as he exhaled loudly. "That's quite ruthless for you Amara." He said softly. He never before shut off his ability to feel pain because now he didn't know if he was hurt and to what extent, though now with the power to heal it almost didn't make any difference, still he didn't want to seperate himself further from humanity. Raising his hand it began to drip with liquid negation the black water like substance dripped onto the ground eating away at the surface. As he looked into Amara's eyes he saw a reflection of the type of person he use to be, "You've changed Amara." He whispered as he started walking forward, the Architech Seal pulsed in his eye, there was no more time for games.

The portal Vincent had leapt into contained quite the different exterior to the once hallowed ruins of the place they resided in now. Standing one would see that they were now inside of a carved out cave, three giant vat like tubes suspended hideous creatures within their depths. An endless expanse could be seen below the platform with the vats. Phantom clapped his hands hearing the echo from the cave. "Nice choice. Very sci-fi." He said as He looked at the vats. "Why don't you come out to play?" With that the glass vats began to crack and shatter releasing the three beasts from their tubes. They screeched and spat as globs of the green liquid they were housed in splattered all over the platform.

Amara listened to what Lucien had to say. Rutheless? She had changed? How DARE he say that bout her. I've changed?!?" she exclaimed. "You give yourself too much credit. You're thinking I'm just like you were...wake up I am you!!!" she barked. As Lucien progressed forward, Amara closed her eyes. "For two whole months, I never heard from you....not one time. Let me show you what I've been up to the last two months up until today" she said as the scenery went dark. Sharing her memories it displayed as if they were in a movie. Images showing Amara giving birth to their son Aiden, the hospital being attacked, Amara being captured and thrown into a concentration camp. She then allowed Lucien to "feel" what she had been feeling during everything even right now. She felt betrayed, hurt, unloved and forgotten. The images shifted to when she had to undergo mental excursion, physical trauma and sexual assault. "...but you love me..." she said darkly. After the last scene of her and Vincent taking down the concentration camps in Europe the scenery returned to normal.

When she finished her forhead glew a dark violet color as she focused her telekinesis into a concusive telekinetic energy as it began to rip through the ground, the longer the contact the more the streets began to melt and boil down to their tar like properties. Looking at the Death OWL, she knew that nothing she did would really hurt him, but she would make sure that he knew how she felt. Large psionic spikes erected around Amara she kept her self on the defense.

((I didn't make abilities up, I got the idea from marvel wiki when describing mental abilities,lol. Amara can only do so much in comparison to him lol. if it's a problem just let me know))

Vincent looked around at where they were transported. This was like a never ending dream/nightmare. It was pretty dark in the cavern as he turned on the flash parts of his uniform that would allow him to see. Vincent had yet to see where Phantom was but soon his eyes fell on the three monstrosities in the cave. ...Jesus..." he whispered to himself. When the tube shattered he froze in fear. More than likely they would come after him. Checking his inventory he just prayed that his weapons and other items would help him in this fight. He did have to give Phantom credit...he was a master of his power.

((NPC - Cerbs))

Cerberus looked rather innocent and sh*t as Serena stepped past him and headed toward Kojiro. One of Cerbs' heads stretched forward and licked Rikka. However, when Serena stated that Cerberus was just a dog she found the other week, he snorted, not pleased with her cover story. He was the freaking guardian of the gate of hell. Even an excuse that he was her familiar was better since he wasn't just an ordinary black dog and could change shape. So, her attempted message that she delivered with her eyes fell on deaf ears and willfully blind eyes. Kojiro was safe because of Will, but Rikka was a different story. The three headed dog padded up to Kojiro and rubbed against his legs. Maybe...just maybe...Cerbs would sneak a certain spider onto Serena's covers one night...

(Partial Expansion, Phasing, Electrokinesis, Super Speed, Flight and Fennel's vision are the powers Che has on him right now.)

Well, if it wasn't apparent before, it was now. The Mastering Owl had, in his time, mastered many, many different styles of fighting as well as Owl abilities but it appeared as though the weakness to all those styles were some form of grappling. From these initial moments of the fight, the young Owl showed that he was proficient at just that as well as other brutish forms of combat. With his deck, the 'mastering' aspect of Che's knowledge was almost unable to be shown at it's fullest. Still, he had his six cards that granted him five abilities at a time meaning when one wasn't in use, others could easily take it's place. His powers weren't fighting style and thus couldn't be grabbed like an attack. The aspect of his power the elder wished could've remained secret for longer, could not.

When Sebastian lowered his heel onto Tai's back in an axe like motion, that only added to the downward force used. When the man's narrow elbow began to lower faster towards his captive's knee, Che utilized one of the powers contained within the powered cards he kept with him. To evade the damage, he phased through Tai's attack allowing the elbow to sail through him into the soft sand below. Slinking away like a ghost, he watched Sebastian take his seat among the stands. Observant guy he was. It was because of this Che tried to keep his abilities at a low. The butler...was still a mystery. If the frizzy haired bum could get Tai out of his way, that may force Seb to do something...time to get to work.

"Goddamn...alright, I can feel you getting bored with me kid. No more games alright?" And that was Che's resolve now. To actually fight these two and learn whatever he could as well. He only hoped that the duo had something to teach. After becoming solid once again in an area between the watching Sebastian and Tai, the elder Owl sighed somewhat tiredly before a flicker of energy sparkled in his light purple eyes. The white card Che sat down was called forward, but only by a small margin. Enough for Tai to see it easily. Once it view, it gave a high cracking noise and released a light bright enough to illuminate the room. Not only had their been dried blood near the gate, but it was everywhere as if someone in the center was stuffed with active grenades and left to explode. Che didn't put that past Will...after the flash card was activated, Che threw another black bomb card into the stands with as much speed as he could. Sebastian would have to move or portal his way to avoid an explosion. Only when the card was close enough though would Che will it to explode. From Sebastian, he expected a certain reaction. If he didn't go through with it, fine. The card would explode, but if not, then Che had a plan.

Now for Tai. Whether or not he was stunned or blinded didn't matter to Che. As long he was just there and breathing, it meant he could attack. Hardening the paper shell that covered his body now, especially around the lower body, the Mastering Owl ran at the crouching man with only one thing in mind. Full assault. When he was within striking range, Che swung his leg around as if attack a soccer ball from it's side. The kick itself wasn't to knock him over or cause him to lose balance, it was to move him. It was to move him far and quickly with a good amount of pain. This kid had probably seen worse attacks from his friend Sebastian, so there was no need to worry about a bone being broken was there?

~~~
A game of chicken? Thomas the all too confident Texan had participated many times in this little game so the outcome, to him, was predictable. Someone would be terribly injured and the injuries sustained by the so-called 'winner' of this game of importunity would only be a bruised elbow compared to the scars of the loser. The Herald didn't mind a bit of pain although his threshold was greatly diminished by centuries of not having to be hit. Daryle's sense of pain was surely dulled thanks to his intoxication but that mattered not to the dark man. As long as he could hear his bones breaking beneath him and feel his skin twisting in agony, Thomas would be satisfied. If his slitted, narrowed eyes didn't give off that feeling of utter determination, then his curved lips did.
After Daryle brandished a blade of wind, Thomas hesitated only for a split second. As a Herald, he knew that he could take it. He also knew that he'd yet to learn how to become his element on command. That alone, thought the dark man, would be something of a deciding factor here if he let it. If that was so, then was barreling at the man the smartest thing? Heh, sure it was. What better way to learn than to put oneself in position to do so? As it was clearly implied before, this was no more than a game of chicken and it's champion had no intention of losing to some pasty faced ballerina.
At this point, it was do or die and Thomas was sure of his ability, or it's strength in comparison to Daryle's. Thinking nothing of the wind blade that slashed him across his torso, specifically from his lower left to his upper right, he still brought himself through the drunk man's defenses and smashed through him with the force of a large, but slow moving vehicle. The attack was only made stronger due to him pulling him towards him as well. Oddly though, the brazen rush sent Daryle away at a downward trajectory rather than upwards. Watching the man spiral downward, Thomas noticed the gash that was now seeping blood across his body. Like Daryle's impact, it wasn't deadly, but the pain made it very clear that something had happened.
"Goddamn it....haven't felt pain like this sense that Rome crap...good Saxton..." The light green pocket of air around the Herald vanished and his wound began to leak more as the pressure was gone as well. The bleeding would have to be dealt with soon, but his prey whom he promised to kill was right there on the marshy ground beneath him. What was another quick mark on his record? Thomas took aim and prepared a blade of wind to fire down at the man's throat when commanded. After the wind finally died down, Thomas sent the attack off and it made it's way toward the man's neck like a guillotine on it's path...
~~~

After minutes upon minutes were spent walking throughout the winding corridors of Will's underground passages, the four Owls finally came across a room that would suit their training needs. As hoped, it was 'ceilingless'. The three dimensional area above, which was probably infinite due to some incantation or Owl management, was starry and even had a moon off in the distance. Compared to the size of the real moon, this one was large due to it's proximity to the playing field or planet or whatever this room was. Oddly, the floor wasn't grass covered or dirt covered...it was just a floor. It was black, dense like marble, but very, very reflective. Even when looking down, Moli could see his reflection looking back up. The shading of his reflection was light and in the floor, he looked like cel-shaded impression of himself against a sparkling dark background.

"Groovy. Heh, it's night in this room and the floor is weird. Nothing too strange right guys?" asked the Herald of Light with a shrug. There were trees off in the distance too. That only meant that ground was somewhere. That was enough for Anya to be a good partner Moli hoped. If it wasn't, he'd be carrying dead weight against two incredibly strong fighters. To prepare for just that, he produced a blade of light that stretched from his right hand down to the floor below. Rather than cutting through it though, the tip of it was bent upwards away from it. Moli's light couldn't cut through this mirror-esque material without heat. Keeping this in mind, he looked to the two other teammates. "Alright then you two, make a move! Any angle you want! Me and Anya can handle it! Right Anya?"

PostPosted: Sat Dec 31, 2011 1:48 pm
Cecilia walked in silence behind the others having nothing to say. She knew that when she entered the training room, there would not be much speaking at all. She was content when they arrived having relaxed every muscle in her body on the way there. The room was unlike any she had seen before. To the Gravity Herald, it looked like they were floating in space. The only things that told her they weren't was taht she could feel the floor under her feet and see the trees in the distance. The starry night sky was perfect for both Anderson and Cecilia. The reflective floor seemed perfect for Moli and the trees for Anya.

Cecilia took in her surroundings allowing herself to become accustomed to them. Yes, this would be perfect, perfect to put into play, what she had learned during these two months. Still, she knew that she would have to be cautious of Moli and avoid his attacks as much as she could. Her shoulders rose and fell as she closed her eyes and began to relax her breathing. At first, one might think that she was sleeping, but she wasn't. Instead, she began to change. Her body was bathed in a glowing deep purple aura.

The azure skin of the Cosmic Owl began to transform becoming as dark as the night sky surrounding them, stars twinkling. There were even images of real shooting stars within the Herald's flesh. When she opened her eyes, the others would discover that they were no longer the jade green that many were used to. Instead the whites of her eyes were swirling galaxies, camoflauging her black pupils. It was an overall hauntingly beautiful affect filled with colors of purple, deep blue, red, and gold.

All around Cecilia, the stars around her, which were scattered upon the night sky in the room began to fall and reform themselves in front of her. Cecilia had gained the ability to call constellations to fight for her. These were not just two-dimensional lines, but three-dimensional beasts each with the same cosmic abilities that Cecilia had. "Andromeda! Draco! I summon you forth! Arise and fight alongside me!" she cried out in a domineering tone of voice. A massive dragon along with a tall and very impressive warrior female formed in front of her. Their skin was that of the starry night sky. They were both massive, but their speed and strength was unrivaled for they both possessed the cosmic abilities that matched that of Cecilia's.

Andromeda leapt with great ease onto the Draco's back. The great constellation rose into the air carrying the female warrior upon it. They rose a few feet before setting their sights upon Moli. The woman formed a massive bow and arrow created from cosmic energy while the dragon readied a large orb in its mouth. They both took aim at the same time and shot the beam and orb towards Moli at the same time. The attacks travelled at impressive speeds. Cecilia directed her attention towards Anya and, she herself summoned a chain whip made of pure cosmic energy. Unlike the metal chain whip, which she had lost during the battle of Rome, this one had the ability to extend to almost any length. The Gravity Herald launched herself at the new Earth Herald with great force, her weapon extended as she flicked it aiming the long cosmic chain towards her friend now turned temporary foe. The gravity around Anya and Moli became dense, which would slow their movements greatly while they were trying to staive off the attacks coming at them.

Tai felt a slight pressure on his back as he realized his mistake, Tai did not give it a second thought and continued with his attack intent on making a crater out of this yapping idiot, only to watch his attack go through his and land onto the ground with an audible impact sending more dirt into the air, "Test Bunny?...for what?"he muttered slowly recovering from his heavy attack. He noticed a small flicker, and in seconds his sight was engulfed in light. As he quickly began to adjust to the sudden change he noticed a figure coming for him, "Another card?...A projectile?..." he wondered, but in reflex he began lifting his arms in defense, only enough to get an arm to cover the face. Soon he felt the impact Tai almost wanted to laugh, he slid back in the sand but otherwise did not even look like he sustained any injury,"...That hag...I'm stuck with hits harder than you do!" he thought to himself his vision was still recovering, but quickly Tai strafed around Che's figure not for an attack but in a strategy, as raw and undisciplined as his attacks were, he has been hit with almost every single one before he learned it, so coping with a flash-bang was nothing new to him. Facing in the general direction of his target he began to notice his change in tactics,"....So he finally hit me huh?...Talking...Card Tricks and Dancing around...." Tai gathered all these bad habits and oddly enough...there WAS someone else like this...but this guy was not as much fun to play with. "As soon as this side show reject stops showing off his stupid moves and comes at me...we can get to some real fun..." He figured. Tai figured he might as well skip the whole cat and mouse games. Looking towards the silhouette with a small smirk, he raised his hand and gestured towards him beckoning him to come at him.

Kojiro's feeble heart was pounding heavily as he stared wide eyed at the hell-hound, Rikka made her way down to his pocket and simply stared curiously at Cerberus, Kojiro tried to regain his composure he held his chest as he tried to catch his breath, Kojiro bent over and simply panted,"....Dog...three heads....FOUND?!" He gasped in disbelief, he had seen just about every power in the world that had been reshaped by time and evolution....but this was complete Fantasy! This was no normal mutation!...a couple spots....perhaps a different colored eye....but this...you don't just find this thing...wandering... Kojiro turned pale as he realized he had seen something like this before....but he could not put his finger on where. Kojiro, still shaking more than his kitten, looked up towards the seemingly harmless...Thing. "Cerberus..." He muttered as he repeated the name quietly as he looked at the dog, Rikka was not acting too concerned...but she also was not much of a normal Kitten either. Kojiro knelt down slightly to get closer to the mutant stray, hit eyes almost at the verge of tears and lips shaking hopelessly, Kojiro was at wit's end, he was not sure if he was being brave, polite, stupid, or some reckless combination of the three. Kojiro shakily let his hand out and reached closer and closer, attempting to pet the monstrosity, "Perhaps that is it...just a dog...with three heads, Nothing more to it...right?" He hoped as he let his hand get ever closer.

((NPC - Cerbs))

Not quite always the type to be patient, Cerbs barked and jumped forward. He nodded his own heads forward to make contact with Kojiro's hand and pretty much rubbed his head or his heads were "patting"/rubbing against Kojiro's hand instead of the other way around. He barked again and then moved a head up to lick Kojiro, totally not caring that the Frozen Owl was shaking. The third head went to lick Rikka. If Cerberus's appearance blew Kojiro's mind, then the dog's next actions would do more than just blow Kojiro's whole mind, body, and soul away. The black dog projected playfully into Kojiro's mind. Clearly, it wasn't happy with the "found" story Serena had put up. I am protecting mah bunneh! Cerbs projected into Kojiro's mind playfully....because that would totally give Kojiro the impression that Cerbs was Serena's familiar....not.

"Most of our lives we have been apart. It's not a fairytale relationship, but it' our relationship." He said in response to Amara. As he continued forward he snapped his fingers on the hand that wasn't dripping with negation which sent his black flame swords flying towards Amara each swinging and thrusting with their burning might. As the scenery went dark Lucien looked up, the display flashing was indeed a shock but one Lucien felt no attachment to, not because he didn't understand what the pictures represented but because he was in a battle, in battle what little emotion he displayed took a back seat to tact there was no place in battle for emotions. The images were disturbing, he logged away the information of Amara's suffering for later if he wasn't sure that she would run him through with her blades he would have ran to her and embraced her. "Of course I love you. ques like feelings, emotion they are still new to me. I was raised by a family of emotion." He was referring to the Night Owls. "But then I threw it all away, I abandoned it all for power. These things are all new to me, what you've all known your whole lives I've deprived myself of.

As the concussive wave hurdled towards him Lucien instantly relinquished the negation that covered his hand, he knew how affective it was against shockwave like attacks. He swiped his hand up releasing a wire which attached itself to a satelite dish on the top of a roof. Retracting the waire his body shot up into the air in a batman-esque fashion. Releasingth e wire he flipped through the air before landing on the roof of the building. "So that child. The one from the board room, he was our son? What is his name?" He asked as he stared down at her, his swords retracted each one flew up floating behind him in the pattern they were floating in they looked like wings of black flames, Lucien didn't know how to handle a situation like this, was he suppose to keep the fighting going and keep the training exercise going or was he suppose to stop? This was a situation Lucien had never prepared himself for, he always kept people at an arms distance he never let anyone close in he didn't know how to be a father sure he had money and resources but that wasn't a substitute for a loving caring family, or parent's that were now enthralled in a war.

As Anderson followed the others he stared up at the black ceiling. He wondered why this room had been chosen, but when Moli displayed that the room refracted light as opposed to allowing it to blast throguh he understood. "I see, three of us rely on energy based attacks so this way there will be minimal damage. Alright this will work." He said as he hoisted the sword from over his shoulder. Gripping it tightly he watched as Cecilia displayed her array of new techniques, the cosmic owl had really grown over the past few years. He smiled as she took the initiative and attacked Anya. "Alright then cousin, looks like you're mine." He said as he slashed his blade horizontally releasing a wave of red energy from the blade's surface. Anderson immediately drove the blade's surface into the ground watching as a red pyre flew from his back. He smiled as it took form in the bipedal demonic creature they all knew. He could see it's shadow tower over him as the creature stood up. It's long black claws gently touched the floor even though it was standing straight up. It's eyes honed on Moli as it leapt over Anderson swiping it's claws at Moli's body. Anderson decided to only release the demon, there was no point in having two gigantic dragons encircling the area, that would just confuse things. With the sky like this he knew his powers would be similar to Cecilia's a black energy that resembled the night sky with thousands of twinkling white specks scattered throughout it.

As the swords came towards Amara, she tried to block them but her telekinesis was no match as she felt the harsh burn of a few swipes across her arms a she felt her blood fall out of her body and burn marks came across her arms, the others however she managed to block and dodge. When he spoke she could tell that he was being his analytical self...this was a battle and he wouldn't allow himself to "feel" like she wanted him to. "Lucien to be one of the smartest men in the world you sure are clueless.....yes that's our son, his name is Aiden" she said. "But I can tell that you are fixated on this battle" she said as she looked at him into his eyes before flying in his general direction, landing in front of him. "Fight me Lucien" she said as she began to kick towards Lucien, combining her speed and punches every so often to keep him on his fee.

((TFP---Serena))

Kojiro wasn’t the only one on tenterhooks at this moment in time. Serena was holding her breath in hopes that this would all go smoothly. She watched and waited patiently when Koji made the first move towards the hell hound only to take far too long for Cerberus’s liking. The three headed dog barked and leapt forwards in order for his heads to make some sort of contact with the Frozen Owl’s outstretched hand. Serena let out her held in breath slowly and rubbed the bridge of her nose in frustration that had been built up and squashed in a few seconds. “Too close….” She stared at Cerbs and shook her head. “What on earth was I thinking by letting him stay here? Damn it…This is too risky..” While Cerbs was company the Vanishing Owl simply adored, he was also a risk and a danger to those around Serena. What if Raven had been in Kojiro’s position? Most certainly the flat would be torn apart by the mad woman’s shockwaves.

“Now that we are all….friends, I can serve up dinner. Cerberus, play nicely…” Serena had a feeling the dog was up to no good and would soon be face palming at his antics that always seemed rather innocent and unintended….Yeah right….the dog was always on the lookout for ‘fun.’ The Vanishing Owl took her leave from the lounge and pulled out her phone. She typed out a quick text which simply stated that she wanted Cerbs to be returned to his rightful owner. Although, even as she hit the send button she found herself regretting it, as much as Cerbs was a nuisance….he was her only real company right now. Sure Kojiro was around from time to time…but he didn’t really know Serena…and too be honest, Cerbs made for a great pillow.

((UNS---Daryle))

Daryle had felt his blade of wind slice through the Texan man’s flesh. He had made contact and that was all that mattered. This fight was a test in its own way for the blonde breezy man. It was a way to brush up on his fighting skills and a way for him to see that he had not lost his touch over air manipulation. The game of chance that Daryle had openly agreed to was over when Tom smashed through him with force beyond words. Daryle had never been hit by a car before but he was damn sure that this was what it felt like. He felt and heard bones snap under the pressure but knew that was only the start. The world was spinning or rather…Daryle was spinning as he was sent crashing back down to the ground.

The decent downwards ended with a new crushing sensation that Daryle was pretty sure was his spine being either fractured or shattered. The indescribable pain the blonde found himself in was a fresh wake up cool more powerful than any coffee. His green eyes were strangely unfocused as they stared upwards towards the dark grey clouds that drifted away overhead. The Breezy Owl was quite certain that he would die where he lay and by the hands of that b*****d, Thomas. Even so, the blonde male was not yet ready to simply give in. Each breath brought about a fresh wave of pain and rattled with a substance that should remain foreign to that location. One of his lungs had been punctured by a broken rib. How many broken ribs….too many if not all had been damaged. One thing was certain, if by some miracle he got away….he wouldn’t be walking.

Somehow Daryle found comfort in knowing he had damaged the Herald before meeting his own dark fate. He could only wait for his end and hold on the hope that Erin and his daughter would make it away from Japan safely….That Thomas was simply bluffing about visiting them…that he really had no idea where they were or who’s house they were staying in. Ah that’s right…with this Daryle would be leaving his precious family behind for good. He had left the house this morning thinking he would return…but, who could have foreseen that he was never going to see his wife again….Watch his daughter grow…even miss the birth of his son.

In the fleeting moment that he was spared, Daryle could think back on his reckless life and regret so many things. Still, Daryle couldn’t help but force a smirk upon his lips, even a life like his had had its fair share of happiness. The smiling face of his daughter, the people he had met over the years, greeted him behind his lightly closed eyes. Lastly his wife came to mind…his only regret was that he could not tell her that everything was going to be ok....that he could continue to remain by her side and that he loved her more than the air around him...

Daryle could sense the oncoming attack and let out a soft trembling breath of air “Je….Je suis désolé …mon amour…” He was ready for this………

((NPC---Seb)

Sebastian was quite comfortable amongst the empty seats as he watched the fools below fight. He was never one to over exert himself in battle, or rather…he was far too used to his victims never knowing he was there until it was too late. The butler crossed one long leg over the other and shielded his eyes from the flash cards bright explosion. “I had a feeling that was what it could do. Black for explosives and white for flashes, a lack of imagination from one as lazy as him, I expect nothing less” Seb caught Che’s eye as the Mastering Owl launched a card towards the stands where he sat. In his usual class, the butler held up one hand and waved slowly towards Che with his smile still in place. The card was a black one, an explosive that would probably be more powerful than the first one at the start of this fight.

“How impatient….” Sebastian stood up from his seat as a portal opened up underneath his feet. Once he reappeared he was standing next to Tai who was suffering the effects of the flash bomb card and beckoning Che to make some sort of move. “Now now Tai…Che is the guest here, which means we should go to him.” Before Tai could say a word Seb had teleported him directly behind the Mastering Owl. “Don’t ******** up and mess up this chance brat…” The butler may not felt like fighting or dirtying his clothes but he was feeling generous enough to help Tai out in any way he can. His dark maroon eyes stared towards his master’s student and twinkled with amusement. “He hates not knowing what I am thinking or what I am going to do next…Heh, that will just keep me from doing anything at all…”
