Nomega There's literally no way she'll beat the game without help. I only watched a couple minutes of it or so, but it seemed to me like she was acting. Am I alone?

I figured she was hamming it up, but near the end of the video I honestly thought she just didn't understand the concept of portals at all. Once she gets over that curve she might be okay.

Waynebrizzle Bleh. Maybe I'll just suck it up and get both. Well, we can't technically play Amnesia together, you would probably enjoy it more than L4D2. That's a fun game, but only really in multiplayer, and you kind of "get it" after awhile, and don't come back to it too often.

Yeah, I bought Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 at the same time.
I got bored so fast that I never played 2, so that should be a red flag. It's a fun game, but after 3 hours of playing you've already seen everything the game has to offer, basically.

It didn't look like it added all that much over the first game. Maybe I could try Killing Floor or something. Didn't Tom say that was good?

I have Killing Floor too, and I'd say I like L4D2 more. I still go back to it from time to time and prefer it over the first one (due to more special infected, locations, some of which from the first game, weapons, etc), and I DO go back to it, because it is fun with friends, but it is a hard game to sometimes find enough people to play with. Though by you getting the game, you help solve the dilemma. I recommend getting it, and I've played well over three hours of it.

I don't mean actual play time. I mean like... 3 hours into the game you've already seen all the weapons, special infected, stuff like that. It's a lot of fun, just nothing new once you've played for a while.
