I don't really have much of a social life apart from Gaia, so I always used to post in the OoC/Spam subbie a lot. Plus, shrewdly watching the market helps. I also used to collect daily chance items and sell them back.

My knowledge of French is extremely limited.
I really only know a few basic phrases and some food names.
My favorite phrase is (and I'm sure I'll butcher the spelling): "Noa Tuche Pa!"

"Noa tuche pa" *thinks* 'Touche pas' as in 'don't touch' would be the best explanation, but what about Noa? o_O

Yes I understand (despite your teacher being crap, I think you're handling it pretty well...)
My English teachers really weren't that great; I don't know my alphabet in English and I can't count in English either. It's why I suck at spelling out loud in English *blushes*

I can get to like 30 in French then it's gone down the tubes in terms of counting...*sigh* and I can't tell time at all.
(sadly my accent is better than my teacher's car j'ecoutez la musique de Carla Bruni et Notre Dame de Paris trop *giggles* I also have realized that I start to automatically translate things into French first in Japanese class. So weird.)

I think French sounds alot more like japanese (clearer sound >_> I mean no offence) so it's easier to learn when you have a French base. Well, it's what I noticed in Kyou's japanese class...
