Jiu jitsu from yesterday. I learned the seven breakfalls and an offensive technique and learned how to get back to my feet from breakfalls without using my hands. It was very invigorating at the time. Now my wrists, upper arms, and neck are kinda sore right now.

Well, this is only one step for me XD I just want to get my legs shaped up for running and track, and....yeah, other stuff. I plan to be a cop, so I want to get my defensive/offensive better.

lol i'm just sore from swimming in life guard training and normal MS swimming xD the bottom of my toes hurttttt and are raw Dx i hate clorine..

I watch too many cop shows and I just think to myself "......ARE YOU ******** KIDDING ME!?!?!?!? I COULDA FOUND THAT GUY BEFORE YOU!!!!!!" So yeah XP Plus, a lot of my family are cops, and I also like the physical challenge of being a cop.
@Mint: I wouldn't know how you feel. Chlorine doesn't affect me. O___O

i always feel sooo high after going in a clorine filled pool i'm just like 'heyyyyy whats up!!!!' and my friends just laugh xp i get high faster in a swimming pool then with pain pills from the nurse! problem is i can never be a life guard T-T

mint is actually a athlete swimmer type she can swim like a pro xd and she gets it from our dad they had a contest to see how far they could go under water starting at the kiddy pool tot he deep end..she won by 99 yards dad got 78 yards but she is half blind so the school says she will never be a life guard if she can not identifie water and human from apart gonk
