Sorry I posted kainda slow but kat its not a workout if there not a puddle of sweat.You know when its intense when you lose 10 pounds from sweating that workout alone

I have a question kats. Do you go to the gym a lot? Or do you workout with normal stuff? Cause I can't get to a gym, and I aint really motivated at home, until I get some actually workout equipment.

Firu Shinra I have a question kats. Do you go to the gym a lot? Or do you workout with normal stuff? Cause I can't get to a gym, and I aint really motivated at home, until I get some actually workout equipment. Nah, I use either my step-dads wieght set and I have a weight training class at my school. The olny reason I'm motivated to do the things I do is cause me and my freind have a bet going to see who stronger by the end of the year. And we get really competitive trust me get someone to work out with and you'll get working in no time it's all about beating the other guy

Firu I know that you didn't ask me but to get motivated at home just lie to your self.I like to say "do 500 crunchs and you will be put varsity." So for you try"Do however many whatevers and your one step closer to becomeing a cop." This doesn't always work so also try"I'm not going to eat or watch tv till I do 100 push up." ((That was the longest 4 hours of my life.))

((That was the longest 4 hours of my life.)) ...4 hours? I do 100 push ups in 5 minutes everyday, (I do 2 sets of 30 and 2 sets of 20))

i used to work out but then i broke both my knees for times apiece but I was able to lift 550lbs with my legs, I could bench 225lbs, and squat 260lbs.

bam! 100 push ups!! 4 sets of 25 mrgreen
@Malgar: I bench 190, I can lift 500 pounds with both legs, and I can squad with 225, and clean about 105,* havn't done cleans in a while I probably can do more now)
