Wait, you can make throwable healing potions too.
And they shoot out of dispensers, like arrows.

New nether mobs called "Blazes" which drop the rod you need to build a brewing stand.

It's a pretty full update. They even added a new biome.
Also snow golems.

Cool a Blaze knocked me into the lava.
Cool I got out.
Cool another one killed me and I'm miles away from all my stuff.

The Eleventh AK Cool I found a Nether fortress. Cool a Blaze knocked me into the lava. Cool I got out. Cool another one killed me and I'm miles away from all my stuff. Great game. LOL!

got it back, but tried to take on some pig-men for health
seemed to be working till one knocked me off a cliff
tiiiime to break out the CHEATS

You can make a potion that temporarily renders you immune to fire damage.
You have to kill blazes to get the ingredient.
