AUGH. What is up with the speeds other players can move at?!
Especially computers. The computer's chosen champion always moves ridiculously fast. Sometimes I can be leading the third place person by a significant gap and the first placer is so far ahead I can't even see them. Rubber band AI my a** hairs, this is just broken difficulty balancing.

Rubber band AI my a** hairs, this is just broken difficulty balancing. One thing that wasn't obvious to me at first is that if you press R while going off of a small ramp (it doesn't even have to be a ramp, it can be like a bump in the ground or something) you get a boost. Helps so much!

The games have always had pretty hardcore rubber-banding. 7 isn't really any worse from my experience.

I feel like Swapnote and Mario Kart 7 have finally made the 3DS what it should have been all along. It's like it's starting to come into it's own as a system.

The eShop is shaping up too. It's really come into its own lately. Pushmo is pretty much a must-have for anyone with a 3DS, it's got a fun game with good online play, it's got a good library, good apps, etc. The GBA games ensure that I will never be bored when I have my 3DS and a decent charge.

Debating whether or not to buy skyrim. Additional funds have just arrived from generous relatives smile
It'll always be cheaper later, but 40 is cheaper than it will be for a while. Barring surprise super steam sales like what they did for Assassin's Creed.
I will have other computer games to appreciate my new graphics card. I kinda already finished Fable III's main campaign, but I haven't even played co-op yet, or done most of the additional content.
I'll be buying Sonic Generations before the end of the month... I'm expecting there may be a bigger sale for it.
This money could also buy me Luigi's Mansion. If I spend it, I'll probably not have money for when it comes out.

40 dollars is an okay price, but I'm sure that eventually I could get it for no more than 10 dollars.

I think even I would buy it if I could get it for no more than ten dolla
But by then time it's that cheap, it probably won't seem quite as worthwhile anymore.
