Sometimes the way that small-time games are released makes no sense to me. Trying to compete with triple A games is silly, and it'd be easier to let your game shine if everyone didn't crowd into the same 1 month window. Not everyone falls into that kind of trap, and maybe they know more about sales than I do, but I know that I enjoy my summers when I can just buy a bunch of budget priced games from as short a time back as the previous fall.
This summer I will forfeit my life to Skyrim.
