I wish my brother would hurry and be older so I can get him to play video games with me and try to get him into Pokemon
Ugh what if I'm on the verge of moving out by the time that happens >=|

I've thought about trying to teach my 6 year old brother about video games. I've wondered what would be a good place to start. He's got some terrible attention span, but he plays simple flash games all day long.

Sonic and Mario etc. are a good place to start.

He knows the mario characters. I was thinking of starting him with New Super Mario Bros Wii.
I don't think he'd do well in a game with objectives, though. And now that I think about it, he's pretty incredibly rude, and if I ever propose he try something other than veg out at the computer, he usually gets angry at me. "You can go away now, and stop talking to me."

Or he'd become focused and obsessed with one minute aspect of the game, like mario's death animation, or the game over screen.

My brother wasn't very old, but he could still play Pokémon well enough to save over my file in Yellow.

Apparently his name is "Hero's Shade".. wtf why is he so much taller and also a golden wolf sometimes ugh it's so weird
