[Angelic King Raziel]

The streets were the same as usual. Filled with shifty characters, and even shiftier dealings. He noticed one alley filled with a small group of men, apparently attracted by something. He wandered in, interested in seeing what had caught their attention so.
A young girl sat in the middle of the group, her clothes torn so badly they barely covered her, being abused by a couple of burly men. She didn't seem to want to be there.

"What's going on here?"

The men turned quickly, apparently surprised that someone would object to their treatment. They all grinned and started to surround him.

"We're just having some fun mister, now move along"

The man tried to push him back, only to be greeted by the ground as the steel grip tightened on his wrist, causing him to cry out in pain.
He threw his leg up and caught the man's partner right under the chin with his boot, bringing it around and catching another man in the side of the face, dropping him. the group backed off a bit but seemed determined to expel this intruder from their ranks.
He still had the first man within his grip, crying like a little girl from the pain, giving the others a deathly stare.

"Leave...now."

The group responded by rushing him all at once, piling onto him in a mad attempt to subdue him in one swift move. He disappeared under the mound of bodies, thrashing and bashing at his form. The man he had a grip on pulled himself free and approached the girl, a sick grin on his face as he grabbed her by the chin, forcing her to look into his eyes.

"Looks like today just isn't your lucky---"

The pile of bodies erupted, throwing the men in all direction as Raziel emerged from the center, unscathed and highly annoyed. His wings had carried most of the men's weight, throwing them effortlessly away from him as he dusted himself off, the wings curling around him like a cape, his eyes meeting with the man's.
For a split second the man could have sworn Raziel's eyes were pure blue flame.

"I...said...LEAVE!"

He threw his hand out, a tendril of blue flame shooting out and wrapping itself around the man, yanking him from his feet and tossing him down the alley behind Raziel like a rag doll. He approached the female slowly, not wanting to alarm her as he offered her his hand.

"Seems today IS your lucky day."

The couch was a comfortable reprieve from his travels of the city, still without much to offer. Aside from the incident in the alley, nothing else seemed to need his 'expertise' so a small break was in order. He hadn't had a nice nap in a long time.

lutia was walking deep into weapon stores carrying what apeared to be a soda in her hand sipping it quietly as she sat infront of a strange desk made from oak with a stone set in the center
lets see....the dopelganger got to the party alright on its own now lets see what we can make of it

Neo appeared back at the entrance to the base then looked around for a way inside. He stepped forward and found himself inside.
What a smart piece of technology. he smiled feeling more at home than he ever had here. The alien slowly made his way to his room and fell onto his bed wondering what he would have to do next.

lutia shook her head amused as she watched the seen unfold what an idiot...all evidence points to isa so completly that there is no room for other posabilities

Mila walked from her workstation, she had been told she would recieve plans for a new vehical, but has not revieced one yet...she would have to get it from justice.

Mila moved to justice's room, and knocked onto the door, and upon remembering him leave entered. He won't mind. She found his room and was in awe at the style... but walked to a computer console and typed in what she was looking for, and hundreds of designs came up, most of which labeled "Due for release." A smile grew on her face, as she viewed the list of technologies, and printed the list out, then hurried off closing the door to her repair bay, where she began work on the first.

she soon held in her hand a small rifle, or, an AEA as the plans read out, and three rounds for it.

After a few nights of working, perhaps a week, she was finished. "So this is what he was talking abou" She had developed something she found on the waiting for developement file, that seemed complex, and took the form of a being. "B.E.S.S. ..... an odd name at that... I wonder what it stands for" the thing waited in a tank of gellabnous fluids, its body twitching

lutia set the double on auto pilot as a report apeared in front of her magicly
and scanned through it "oh dear...this will take some work to contain"

She congradulated herself on being able to make such a thing, even with advanced tech, and curled up in a ball taking a ten minute nap, after that she would check over the shielding.

first i had best find out who is on hand for this mission
lutia pulled from her bocket a seemingly ordinary metal disc and looked at it gaving apon it as if it was showing her more
"so most of them are out of the base..."
she ventured towards milas signal until she caught sight of the catgirl and deftly pocketed the device "mila wake up would you?"

Mila's tail twiched, then she rose quickly. "How long have I been asleep?!"
