Saiya frowned as she stumbled a bit, the skirt she wore short enough to reveal a better view of the extremely short shorts she wore underneath. "Is it much farther Grecko?" She asked as she kicked the offending rock out of her way.

"Grecko home just round bend!" his sing song voice called. Kai's eyebrow raised with approval though as he got a better view then planned. "Hmmmm..." he muttered in approval. He'd have to thank the demi god that put that rock there later.

Saiya arched an eyebrow and glanced over her shoulder at him. "What are you humming at?" She asked him suspiciously as she 'rounded the bend'. "Oph." She landed on her butt as she slammed into Grecko. "Hi again." She muttered as she stood up and dusted her butt off.

"Oh, nothing." Kai stated with a smile, coming up behind her to stedy her back on her feet. "Grecko sorry. Grecko's feet planted so he no fall down." he stated, his head bobbing up and down.

Saiya blinked at him for a moment. "That's ok Grecko. It was my fault for not watching where I was going." She shot Kai a suspicious look before turning back to Grecko. "Is this it Grecko?" She asked him politely.

"Yep yep yep. This the entrance to Grecko's home." he stated happily, doing a little dance. Smiling at Saiya as he came up behind her he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Wait till you taste his stew. Its delicious." he stated as he rested his head on her shoulder.

Saiya arched an eyebrow at him. "Can't wait." She stated as she watched him dance around, her feet braced to keep her from falling.

"Don't worry. I'll catch ya." Kai whispered as Grecko continued to dance around. "Food done. Food done. Grecko make food be done!" he sang, dancing backwards to guide them into his house.

Saiya laughed as she shook her head. "You have some interesting friends." She teased as she moved forward. "And I have no doubt you would catch me, it would give you an excuse to grope me."

Kai laughed as he followed Saiya into Greckko's home. It was a wide cave carved out in a high arched ceiling. The light seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere as it moved. Grecko hobbled over to a pot on the fire and dished out three steaming bowls full.

Saiya looked around with wide eyes, her mouth open slightly as she took in the light. "It's so pretty. Where does it come from?" She asked in slight awe as she stood in the center of the room.

"Light comes from light. Grecko feed light. Light stay and give light to Grecko." he replied, nodding as if it made perfect sense. "They're light fairies." Kai whispered to Saiya. "They hang around because they enjoy Grecko's food almost as much as I do." he added with a smile, his lips extremely close to her skin.

"Light fairies? Fairies are real?" Saiya barely noticed how close he was to her. "Do you think they'd let me draw them?" She asked him distractedly.

Kai chuckled. "I don't see why you're still surprised at anything anymore." he stated, hugging her from behind. "And you won't find out unless you ask.... Of course they only speak Ancient." he added. "But if you're nice I'll ask them for you." Kai whispered.
