"Have you any friends outside of the village?" Daiki asked with a devilish grin.  

[Ronnel-again]

"Er...no..."Kazan lifted his arm up and rubbed the back of his head again sheepishly. He slowly brought his arm up and down, flexing it behind his back.
"You're the first person I've said more than a few words to..." He tilted his head and turned his eyes away.

((Yeah. I'd bring Shinji back to the light, but now Kazan is here. ANyways, Ronnel was the medical ninja, and is now an NPC under Firu's control.))  

[Havok-Trance]

Daiki laughed "Well this place is good for making friends." He thought about Quan and Shinji, he wondered where they were.  

[Ronnel-again]

"That would be nice, I'm likely to stay here for some time."He sighed and looked around.
"Perchance, could you lead me to the training grounds? I need to get some exercise done for my kenjutsu style, but if I wait for the Kazekage I'm likely to be here for some time, and I don't really know my way around this place yet." He looked up slowly, expecting a denial.  

[Havok-Trance]

From the back Ryu nodded "Follow me," he said as he left the building.  

[Ronnel-again]

Kazan bowed to the Kages still in the room and followed after the shaken assassin, pausing only slightly as he went to take in the sights. He wondered how long he would reside here as he exited the building and followed in Ryu's path.

Kazuo Hatake

Raikage, Salamander Sage, Shinatobe Host

The clone of Kazuo receives the mental message from his pet Leo and stands up. "If you will excuse me, I must use the little men's room." He then quickly walks out the door to the bathroom. At the same time the real Kazuo enters the building only a blur, quickly sneaking into the bathroom with the clone. The clone sighs and suddenly turns into a puff of smoke then Kazuo's samehada and raikage robes drop to the floor in the place of the clone. Kazuo then quickly puts the robes on and his raikage hat on and smiles. He then puts the samehada onto his back glad that his first change had worked. He walks out of the bathroom casually and then re-enters his office and sits down in his chair. He had been keeping track of the things going on in his office through Leo so he wasn't lost.








 

[Hiro the Herp]

The clone looked at Kazuo, he did not hear a flush, nor running water. "Kazuo... Can we talk privately?" Hiro was sure that something was wrong.

((Inazukas sense of hearing))  

[Scrapples]

(That's kinda weird how Hiro would listen for that kinda thing. LOL)

Kazuo nods and stands and walks out the door waiting for Hiro to follow.

(Lol, I have my ways.)
Hiro followed Kazuo until they were not visible from the others. "Ok, whats the deal. Why would you make people believe you were there the entire time? What have you been doing Kazuo?"

As Luo looked at the girl waiting for his response, the slight turn of her head seemed to speak volumes to where they were and how she felt about the situation. He gathered that even if she could speak, the response would be the exact same. Luo had to wrack his brain for a moment, to figure it out. He went through every Ushio family in his head, trying to figure out which family she was from. He excluded any current family in Kirigakure, because if she were the child of any of the ones that had died there in recent years she would obviously be in Kiri, not Kumo. He then searched his mind for any family that may have left for travel at any point in time. It was at that moment that a large realization struck Luo. He seemed to mutter to the girl as if he were thinking slightly aloud. It was a bit funny to Luo, in general people in their clan were not very talkative unless training. And the ones that were forced to talk often, had a speaking tone that could be likened to a mutter. One which Luo himself admitted to having. "Lee and Kimiko Ushio left Kirigakure twelve years ago with a daughter of four years old, saying they were going on a trip to see the rest of the five great villages. However, the trio never returned for reasons we do not know of. It is believed that somewhere along the way, the families lives were taken." Luo could recite the passage from the clan compendium from memory, and seemed to do so as he stared at the young girl. Her parents had clearly not made it out of the supposed trip alive, if the true intention of the trip was even a simple vacation in the first place.

Kairi merely watched Luo, muttering about something. That's when he began to speak about her family. He was who he said he was, the head of the Ushio clan. For him to know her parents first names was a testament to that. She merely continued to stand there, silent, wondering what was to happen now. As it turns out, Luo just might be a distant cousin, but family nonetheless.

Smiling at the girl a bit warm-hearted he seemed to mutter, "That would make you my cousin by blood. Kimiko Ushio was my mother's sister. She married my uncle Lee Ushio when my mother married my father Lao Ushio and they promptly left the rain village. I'm sorry if I am being too forward, but I would like for you to come back with me to Kirigakure. The clan compound is there as long as your family. I think my mother would enjoy seeing you again, as well as everyone else in the family. It would be my pleasure to escort you back with me if you are willing."

Kairi was a bit taken aback by the fact that she was asked to be escorted to the Mist Village. She had never been outside of the Cloud village so she didn't know how she would feel about it. She took out her pad and scribled on it. Tearing the note, Kairi handed it to Luo and bowed humbly to him. With that, she took off, the sharingan still in hand.

Luo Sama, I appreciate your offer of returning to Kirigakure with you, but there are some things that I need to take care off beforehand, as well as I need to speak with the Raikage to inform him of this and ask his permission. Though I am of the Ushio Clan, I am still a shinobi of Cloud. But I will meet up with you in Kiri soon and I look forward to meeting my family.

Kairi walked back to the office of the Raikage, and seeing the door open she stepped inside. She looked back at her newlyfound cousin and smiled, a smile that reassured him that she would go back to Kiri with him. She had finished writing the letter to the Raikage and walked up to the desk and placed it before him. Since she couldn't talk, it would be best to just write everything out. Kairi then looked back at Luo with a single eye, her other eye was patched up because of the surgery.

Dear Raikage,

I am going to visit the last remainders of my family in Kirigakure. Luo-senpai has offered to take me in and train me in the ways of the clan to become stronger. I promise to make Kumogakure proud while I am gone and return stronger than ever before. This is a great oppurtinity for me, as well as a chance for Cloud and Mist to strengthen their relationships.

Rita walked up to the Raikage's door. Knocking it slightly he said "umm hello Raikage, I'm Rita Shenzaki a genin of the leaf" Rita pausing for a while carried on "I just wanted to greet you since cloud is doing the chuunin exams."
