Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds "No problem." Revan replied. Revan disappeared into the woods for five minutes and resurfaced with three logs of wood before setting them down.

Jade had the tent set up in no time at all. Her sleeping bag was already on the ground, and so was his. She dug a small pit and placed the logs in it, "Please make the fire." she went to her bag and grabbed some of the stuff she made. She handed each one of them a box with a bunch of food in it, "Dinner."

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds Revan made some handsigns very quickly. "Fire style: Fireball Jutsu." Revan huffed and puffed before making a decent sized fireball to light the fire. Revan sat down near his sleeping bag and began to ate his dinner as the fire kept them warm. Once he was finished with his dinner he placed his hands together, his eyes closed before forming a sphere of iron sand in front of him. The sphere suddenly split apart forming multiple grain sized eyeballs before scattering in all directions. He also scattered grain sized pieces of iron sand, which were hard to see, if any threats were nearby, he would be the first to know about it. Revan was taking on guard duty for the night.

The kid fell asleep early, then his mother, then it was just Jade and Revan. She was planning to keep watch for the night, to let him get some sleep. She looked ever at him, "Thanks for coming along. If you were by yourself you would be a lot farther ahead than this, so would I." She went to her sleeping bag and laid down. She didn't fall asleep right away

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds "No problem." Revan replied to Jade. He took a long deep breath before exhaling, entering a somewhat dormant state. This was the same state Revan was in when Jade met him. Revan used this meditation state to rest and keep surveillance over an area. He maintained a watchful eye as Jade laid down and the others were sleeping. The only difference was that there was no storm or irregular conditions forming.

Jade slept through the night surprisingly well. She woke up an hour before dawn. She approached Revan and tapped him on the shoulder, "You can get some sleep. I'll keep watch for a while."

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds Revan had kept great surveillance throughout the night. Nothing serious had turned up during the long night. Suddenly Revan's surveillance meditation was interrupted by Jade who was letting him know that he could sleep. He didn't like the idea of being lseep during something like this, but it was for the best wasn't it? Revan's eyes opened after a deep inhale of air. "Alright." Revan replied to Jade before turning around and laying down. It was a good thing he was a light sleeper.

Jade went back to her own bag. She started to create hand signs and then slammed her hand on the ground, "Summoning Jutsu!" she said in a hushed tone. About 5 normal sized wolves appeared and she ordered them to keep an eye on the surrounding area. Jade sat there, keeping an eye out, scanning the terrain and walking around the perimeter every now and then. All was quiet. Pretty soon the sun rose above the horizon and the trees, Jade welcomed the warmth it brings. Soon enough the mother woke up gave a wave and went to get ready. She ordered one of her wolves to go with her, just in case.

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds Revan's eyes popped open after a good rest. He stood up before finishing his morning movement with a good stretch. He packed p the sleeping bag and he was ready to go in minutes. He observed Jade's summoning creatures at work in pure harmony, guarding their objectives. Summoning jutsu can be very handy to a ninja. He had always worked alone up to this point, but his lethal jutsu made up for the fact that he wasn't a team player.

Jade packed up her own bag. When she saw the mother again she smiled and went into the woods, leaving the wolf there. She busily gathered a small amount of wood for a quick fire. She was back within 5 minutes. She didn't have to tell him to make a fire. She got out some equipment to cook as well as some ingredients. She cooked and didn't pay much attention to anything else but she did notice that the boy was still sleeping

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds Revan had made the fire as soon as the firewood was set up. Whenever firewood was gathered he would light it. It had been this way since they met. The boy was still sleeping which was no surprise. Who was going to wake the brat? He expected the mother to do so.

The food was ready and she gave them all a serving. The boy woke up at the smell of food cooking and stumbled out of the tent. The mother just shook her head and kept eating. Jade kept her mouth shut, trying not to voice her outrageous opinion about the boy's sleeping habits. When everything was packed away again and cleaned up they headed off, making sure that her wolves kept up a 1 mile perimeter.

Revan Okubo Raging Lightning of the Clouds Revan had eaten his serving and before they knew it, they were back on the road again. He made sure to keep everyone in sight but there was much talk coming from him. He made sure to remain cautious. This was a world where anything was possible.

For the past few days it was the same old thing. Take of in the morning, late morning thanks to the kid, walking for about 6-8 hours a day then set up camp, eat, Revan takes first watch, then her turn and then it repeats itself. On the fourth day, nearing evening time it was different. When they stopped she approached him, "We haven't had any time to talk. I apologize for that."
