What I had for Thanksgiving dinner tonight: 1 thigh of fried chicken
2 Mac and cheese cups
3 slices of ham
2 garlic bread
1 slice of chocolate cake
No turkey xD

Well, i had hella meat. And do not take that the wrong way. :'3
Also had crab mac n'cheese, bacon-wrapped shrimp, stuffing, a lot of home style Chinese dishes, Chinese broccoli, pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, green tea white chocolate, jello fruit tart, and carbonated drinks. Surprisingly, I had no coffee all day. O:

I had a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner!
Since I am one and all, haha~
I spent Thanksgiving with my beau's family, screw my family, they always make me feel like crap, plus the fact that they can't even be assed to consider choosing having Thanksgiving dinner NOT at the house furthest away from EVERYONE.
It was good, I talked my beau into making squash, and his sister made vegetarian friendly quiche, and his mum made a bunch of stuff I could eat.
AND I WAS ALLOWED TO EAT PIE THIS YEAR INSTEAD OF STARE AT IT LIKE A DECORATION, YEAH!
I love it when crust is made with vegetable shortening and NOT lard.
It was delicious cherry pie.

Okay, so many conversations to catch up on. I ate lots of turkey! But I'm not a pie person so my brother and I just took turns with the whip cream can. It was also my brothers birthday so it was a happy birthdathanksgivakuh!!!! emotion_awesome OMG you changed your avi!!! <3 emotion_kirakira I love your eyes! Don't tie my Danny's ears up like that! -smacks your hand- emotion_donotwant why would you just stare at a pie? emotion_jawdrop I really just have this image in my mind of me putting an entire can of whip cream on your head.... cat_rofl

I'm a vegetarian.
My beau's mum, as well as a good portion of my family, likes to use lard for baking.
So I'm often blocked out of baked goods like biscuits, cookies, pies, and the like.
Which means I get to stand around and stare at baked things like they're decorations instead of eating them.
My beau's mum made sure to use vegetable shortening so I could eat everything this year, though.
She's so nice~!
