I can appreciate what they did as launchpads, but the first entries in a lot of my favorite franchises freaking sucked.

It wouldn't be so bad if we weren't used to current games, though. I used to think this was a really fun game before I knew any better, too.

I liked it too up until the "can't wait to be king" part because I COULDN'T ******** BEAT IT. A lot of people liked the Aladdin game too. Didn't Capcom make it?

Yeah, Disney games were actually really good back in the day from what I understand. Isn't that why the DS Epic Mickey is trying to mimic that Magic Castle game?

k, bad example. I used to think this was a great game. I think the first game I ever played was this and I thought it was amazing, too. So long as you don't know any better, it's fine. In fact, maybe it's better when you don't because then you need less to be happy.
