I'd rather have nice boring friends than jerk interesting friends
My most often hung out with buddy is this really boring soft-spoken Asian guy who is super unenthusiastic about everything and has no confidence whatsoever, but he's honest (sometimes annoyingly so) and genuine.

Almost all of my video game liking friends only like playing garbage shooter re-hashes on the Xbox.

Oh my god. I think that when I gave my sister the gamecube, I gave her some games to play on it. One was sonic adventure 2 battle.... what if Megaman network Transmissions was another?
She's super defensive about people going in her room and also it's more like a nest, because she is a slob and there's ******** bird feathers and food and trash on the floor.

yea Cloud Atlas looks awesome
I had no idea Larry Wachowski was now Lana until a few days ago hearing it on a podcast.
I think I even saw the video of them introducing the trailer and just went "who's that chick"

I can't believe how ******** emo and/or stupid hipster my musical taste was in high school. I'm embarrassed to even mention some music I loved. God. Though I did like some decent stuff that couldn't be described like that.
I kinda miss how much music I used to listen to and love during my high school years, though. It seemed I was discovering awesome new music all the time, but ever since I graduated I very rarely find any good new music.

I used to have phases where I would just have complete and utter a** burgers for one band and rarely anything else, and actually care about the members and everything. There was Green Day, Dir en Grey, Billy Talent, Death Cab for Cutie, No Doubt and then t.A.T.u.
It's so weird to remember all the s**t I liked. >< Lately my taste in music seems narrow and I only really listen to game soundtracks.

I was just thinking that now that Nintendo is going to have an HD console, maybe they will attract more serious first person shooter developers to the superior pointer control style.
--And then I remembered that I don't really have any interest in playing most of those games.
Something in the same vein as Metroid Prime 3 and Metroid Prime trilogy would be nice, though.
I'll have to get a new TV. before I get a wiiU, though. It seems dumb to play it on a CRT, but it also seems dumb to buy a TV that I will rarely watch or use.
Perhaps I can plug it into my computer monitor.
