The Eleventh AK Of course it doesn't. Neither did the 3DS. But you can't deny that if we did get one or two of those big games at launch they would be more successful in selling it to people. You can't deny that that's a completely unrealistic expectation for anyone to have of any console's launch. Those games take years to make.

I agree that Pikmin 3's a pretty crappy premiere title for the system, though. Especially when placed next to W101.

I never said Pikmin 3 was a bad launch title. Actually, I think it looks great. I forgot about it. Is that a launch title? I've been at school all day so I'm only able to see s**t on my phone.

The Eleventh AK What the ******** are you talking about "completely unrealistic" They start making games before they announce consoles Wayne For like, a year maybe? Brawl took three years to make. Mario Galaxy started development in 2004; STILL didn't make launch! Kid Icarus probably took four. Zelda took six. You seem to think they start making these games while the Wii is halfway through its life cycle. That's unrealistic.

Considering that a largely advertised feature is "being more powerful than Xbox 360 or PS3," I'd say that Pikmin is kind of a bad choice.
I wonder what the next 3D Mario will look like. In spite of some complaints about NSMB and Zelda, the 3D Marios seem to always keep it really fresh.

I think having a new super mario game at launch will be a pretty big deal for a lot of people, considering it's supposedly the best selling game on the wii or something like that.

yeah, mario kart wii is, I think NSMBwii just went best seller really fast, or something.
MKwii was my first wii game smile I'm glad it was bundled with my system, or I may have put of playing it and put of playing it forever.

NSMBU looks better than the 3DS one at least. I just dunno if I can justify buying the system at launch just for that.
