People who write that they are human in their tumblr description remind me of myself at about 15.
So far they are all 5-10 years older than that. I just don't think a lot of people on this site get out much.
I have found my people.

So uh, I never considered SA2 might have online battle.
If that's so, it's a definite buy.
Anyway you look at it, it's a insta-nostalgia-buy for me.
Buuuut, I still have SA2:B for GC readily accesible. So I'm not bouncing off the walls excited.
So my rational side will be like "You don't need to buy SA2 again maybe!"
Should be fun.

Waynebrizzle Meta_Fish Waynebrizzle [Kegan] People who complain about the "over abundance" of extra lives available in modern mario games probably wouldn't tell you that game overs are great, so I don't get what the problem is. New things r not as good b/c i didn't play dem when i was kid lol Then again, there also seem to be some people that just like whatever the new design is because they didn't have the fond memories of these games when they were kids and want to establish that the new ways are inherently better. LOL! Being fond of something as a kid means that you shouldn't embrace change CHALLENGER APPROACHING

Did you actually play the metroid game you think is a stinker? The game you are "Going by general consensus" on?
Because the general consensus is that of people who didn't even give Other M a chance.

[Kegan] Metroid Other M is a great game, and if you're talking about prime, I think you've gotta be crazy. Did you actually play the metroid game you think is a stinker? Metroid Prime was da bomb. I'm talking about Other M. You can defend its game-play, definitely. It's pretty fun, and while the first-person integration is bad, I give Nintendo points for trying something different. The idea to add storytelling in the way they did is just inexcusable though. Metroid Prime did it right, you can read tons of lore if that's your thing, or you can skip right over it. Other M feels like it wishes it could be a movie; Theater Mode proves it; But the execution is so bad. I know Wayne and others like the game, but did you guys really like the story?

I liked it about as much as I liked the other Metroid stories.
The voice acting was good for a game, but could have been better, but the actual story itself might be more compelling than other metroid games, because it clues us in to the normally secret feelings that this human character ought to have like, "I really don't like the giant purple dragon that ate my parents. I thought I killed him for good, so I'm kinda freaking out here."
It was also nice to have Samus not just like OOPS lose all of her powers. I respect the idea that Samus is a walking war machine and that if there are humans around she might have to limit her use of certain pieces of equipment, like the power bomb.
The whole MB thing might have been more of a sympathetic villain than the usual for a metroid game, which is usually a being of complete and total evil doing evil, because it's evil. (space pirates, dark samus, et cetera.)
During the times where people complain "WOW DID ADAM REALLY NOT LET ME USE THAT TO SAVE MY LIFE." Samus's pride or adam's absence are the actual causes of this.

There were only a few points in other M where I felt unhappy, and this was due to getting lost or confused.
Like in the first room where you turn off the jungle simulator and you have to find like... a hole. I got stuck so badly there.
