The funny thing is, I average coffee only once per week, but there are people that swear by it (e.g. my mom) and one of the personal fitness trainers I met at the gym I go to. I eat like s**t, but I only have coca cola and coffee once per week rofl

Coffee is my biggest vice, but I only drink it once a day (I'd say only one cup, but I admittedly use a large mug, it holds like 20 ounces or so), and I don't load it up with bullshit; one tablespoon of sugar, and enough almondmilk to bring it down from the "let's commit a murder" darkness of black coffee to the far less dark "let's contemplate murder."

Ohhh, interesting! Yeah, my mom puts almond milk in her coffee too. I like your scaling comparison xd
