You know, that's also a RHCP song, which is where she probably sources it from, but it's actually an insult in Spanish(The whole song has a little bit of a mariachi vibe.) and it literally means billy-goat, but it's the equivalent of calling someone a jackass, basically.

Though it makes for a great zingering, because I know he hates gaia so much, I mostly mean that he's just some youngin' who's sphere of authority is a gaia online guild.
