PMS might be a bad name for it because the crazy hormones don't necessarily seem to occur before the period starts, if at all, but there's definitely something going on there sometimes.

I'm on my period and last night I started crying because my boyfriend, who has literally over fifteen hundred more hours than I do in TF2 playtime, owned me in a duel. And I mean really crying, like I had to blow my nose and junk. And I continued to cry and feel horrible even after getting over this, even though I had no reason whatsoever to be upset, and have been pretty happy lately. Normally I would either simply ragequit or decide to keep practicing, but instead I just went into a crying spell for no reason. If that isn't related to hormones can somebody please explain because I don't understand.
Also that study comes from my school. xd I should go find that person and ask them to explain.

If all people, including men, cry sometimes over things like being raped by their significant others in violent video games, maybe PMS isn't real??
