Man, I probably shouldn't have preordered seeing as Nintendo Land is the only game that really speaks to me so far.
But wanna have new sexy hardware.

Jaycorn I don't know? ^^; And I did have to pass a competency test to get in. I went to a community or Junior college here to do my gen ed classes because I had no idea what I wanted to major in and I was an ambition-less, depressed high schooler. Basically you had to take a test when you enrolled that would determine what level you were able to enroll in. I guess it would be called a "placement test." Actually, I think that's what they really called it. I was surprised to find I'd been placed so that I could basically skip ahead a semester in math. (I'm glad I didn't because I was not ready!) They set that bar hella low.

Oh yeah, I don't think we have community/junior college. My first year was pretty general, but I had to pick my own subjects. You major starting in second year. It's not great how you have to decide so soon.
Our high schools send the colleges of our choice our grades and some other info., and then the college decides whether or not to accept us based on that, and then we pick a college from the ones that granted us admission, and go there starting the following year. That's all.
You CAN take a year off after high school, though. No rule states that you have to go to post-secondary school at all, or at any specific age.
A Wii U is definitely worth having in the long run. I'm positive there's gonna be all sorts of awesome must-have games coming out for it, especially if there's so much support for it at launch already. I just personally probably could have waited awhile to get it and not have had to spend 400$ right away. Oh well.

Also it seems like I won't benefit from my Wii U as fully since the only person who ever plays video games with me in person is Matthew, and that's only when I get to see him. sad There needs to be more support for online stuff! Also people need to stop being boring and not liking video games!

Hmm, sometimes a course requires you to have taken a certain amount of courses in that department, but usually it just requires you to have taken one or two very specific courses. Sometimes it doesn't require anything.

It was neat that the cult was unusually active tonight.
Tomorrow I face the hell that is other people.
Actually, I'm looking forward to it.

Sometimes it doesn't require anything. yeah, prerequisites exist too. I think canadian college is a lot like US college, from everything I'm hearing. Kinda like canadian almost everything. Canada is like Bizzarro USA. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R78l6ZOPy9o
