The new Fire Emblem is pretty good. I like how it has a mode that even if you ******** up and someone dies they come back next map.
Casual mode was a real selling point for me too. I'm not too fond of games that waste my precious time in unfulfilling ways.

I don't want to restart if my dumb dickbutt unit dies stupidly, and I don't care if the fear of resetting will make me a better player. Not letting them die has enough rewards, like EXP, and not losing.

That is very well said.

-he plays the accordion. like srsly could you please pick a more faggoty instrument.
I was literally just thinking about how I like the accordion... I mean it has to be well executed, but I like it. http://youtu.be/Q-WM-x__BOk?t=1m25s

I think my favorite dorky instrument is the hurdy-gurdy, though.

It's not so bad in that song, especially among other instruments. It's just that he's only learning so it's not so well executed, and it's also like the stereotypical annoying person instrument

Also now that I know what a hurdy gurdy sounds like, I appreciate that he plays the accordion instead

Jesus Christ, Half-Life 2 must be the most realistic seasickness simulation there is.

I tried brain age concentration training today and was confronted by how bad my ADD is.

Like, even something as simple as the game not recognizing the way I write a number just wipes everything else from the surface of my mind.

Muting the game might actually help me focus, since the dr. Ryuta Kawashima's dumb patronizing voice makes me filled with rage.

Hmmm, it seems that all my depression and most of my anxiety were replaced with rage. How cathartic. Thank you Doctor ********.

Ugh at least it doesn't physically harm you like HL2. I really felt like throwing up and still feel nauseous and have a headache although I stopped playing like 20 minutes ago. Yesterday I could handle it but I got to get off the boat and lot more. Today I had to turn a whole bunch because I was surrounded by enemies and it just made me feel worse and worse. Has no one else has this with HL2? Maybe it's less bad on a smaller screen?

One of my friends is a total dork and claims that most if not all first person games give him motion sickness.

Probably has to do with the fact that HL2's default field of view is too small. Try changing the fov to 90. It might stop you from feeling sick when you play. Go into the console and type:

sv_cheats 1

fov 90

I don't get people who just get sick from walking around, but the boat is different. Maybe he has epilepsy or his screen sucks for it or something, idk.
