There was some rumor streetpass didn't work while playing OOT3D, for some reason. I'm not sure if it was ever verified or not.

Don't think so.
It's hard to tell because Streetpass works so strangely sometimes. I'll be with friends and two of them will streetpass and two of them won't for awhile or when I'm out and about with someone, we'll streetpass different people and some of the same people.

And I don't know if anyone's heard but JJ Abrams might be making a game with Valve, while Valve might be making a Half-Life 2/Portal movie(s) with JJ Abrams.

Selling one of my cars to a salvage yard. I set up a time for them to pick it up from me yesterday and when I got there today, I waited for about half an hour until the ******** wheelchair-bound retard that set up the appointment called and told me they were closed today. <******** crippled people.

The reason why I doubt streetpass works with it is because it doesn't show you as online when you play OoT. Maybe all wireless functionality is disabled for it?
And yes, you can definitely streetpass while it's open.

StreetPass is so frustrating for me, I walk around with my 3DS all the time yet I have only found 3 Miis ; 3 ; People, buy a 3DS so I can get more Miis!
