*remembers the good old peasant clothing days* The yukatas were the big "item to have" back when I joined; I never did get around to buying one.
*rallies for keeping the Refuge safe from Gaia's malign influences* I think we've done a good job so far. Sure, some of the "friendly small community" feeling has gone since we increased in size, but it was inevitable.

I meant "oldbie" in terms of joining Gaia itself, actually. I originally joined the Refuge on my second-oldest account, not long after the Guild System came out, for the same reason: to roleplay. I don't think I did much of it then. In the Refuge, that is.
What I find sad is that Gaia Personals, one of their best ideas, was canned (I forget when). I loved it. Back when that was around, I didn't have many friends. Personals gave me a few. Made me happy.
