Different people like different things. I used to hate Evanescence, for example. After giving them a good listen, however, I love them.

Trowa The Fearless I would, but dice confuse me at times. I'll tell you what: if you can come up with something that's not terribly complicated, I'll give it a shot. There would only be a handful of formulas, 2 being used frequently. As for the dice-rolls, it would be only one roll continually to test the percentage. For example, the hit/dodge formula. Entering in each character's attribute values, you end up with a percentage, say 60% to strike your opponent. So, you roll 1 100-sided die. Any number above 60 is a miss, while 60 and below is a hit. Since your attributes will stay the same during the fight (unless boosting magic is used), you need only remember the percentage and plug that into the dice roll. It is quite simple.
