I went to a Pokemon event today. It wasn't too filled with weirdos, there were a couple of kids and I didn't win too much but it wasn't too bad and I had fun, surprisingly.
I'm also surprised the battles were as close as they were. I was using the same mish-mashed team that I beat the game with and I haven't played it since I finished, really.
I was battling Lucas, my roommate and had a Helioptile that had rain dance and thunder (which is 100% accurate in rain) that's ability is dry skin, which heals him whenever rain touches it, so every turn from rain. It was in a double battle, partnered with a Greninja using surf, which hits everyone but the user, so it healed Heliolisk while damaging both enemies. Greninja got KO'd (it was the healer) and was replaced by Hawlucha who used sky drop on the last Pokemon (which lifts them up for a turn before dropping them the next turn) and used thunder the next turn which can hit the Pokemon being skydropped in a turn where they can't do ********. Horseshit. But it was cool cuz I did it lol
I also saw someone who looked just like Regulust.

I lost most of the time, though. I just can't keep all of these Pokemon straight and their movepools now are so ******** varied. Some guy beat me and was like "Are your IVs perfected?" I was like no I haven't done any of that and he felt bad.

Xilo The Odd The starbound Beta is out! and available for purchase on steam. in its current state its not nearly complete but there is much to explore and much to do. so if you were intrested in it before its up. and im hosting a server as well. mainly cause its so resource efficient i can host and play with 0 issues. no lag, not jitters, nothin. and it beats terraria by a mile. Man. It's good, huh?
