This game gets as repetitive as the last one. I'm not sure I'm gonna bother finishing it.
Instead I'm gonna stay up till 4 am reading a book I've already read and don't even like that much.

It is really similar to the last one and I am sort of broke so I'm prolly not gonna buy it either. Really love the super running and jumping, though. And the character customization is better.

Is Saints Row 3 worth playing. I'm like 10% of the way through Saints Row 2 but I don't like it as much as I thought I would.

SRIV is a full on parody of like every triple A title by EA and activsion over the last 5 years. Also it slips some confused metal gear references in to a very splinter cell esque sequence.
It's not apologetic when it wastes your time knowlingy, but it is honest. One story mission is literally "Talk to matt" description "We're padding gameplay here."
The mission doesn't even have a purpose.

There's an enemy called a rolling tank who's really meant to be taken on in co-op but they spam them in story missions later on, so good luck if you aren't doing co-op at that point.

Did you do co-op at all? I kept seeing you and ILI playing and wondering whether you guys were playing together/with someone or if we were all just playing the same game and being antisocial.

Saints saved cristmas.
mission rewards: Underwear and Socks.
my fav moment: You shoot your eye out.
if you get the game i recommend the season pass as well. the DLC content can add a bit more to it. and the missions are repeatable!

It feels more like an expansion than a new game which... is kinda nice. I loved 3 and just wanted MORE of it. I just wish I could carry over my stuff from it to this one.

My SR3 character was a sassy redhead and really felt like her own person/character to me. Couldn't think of a name to suit her... My SR4 character is me with a sassy personality and a kinda echo-y voice. I sorta prefer that, though. It means they have better hairstyles in SR4. razz
I hope my data doesn't get deleted when the free game goes away.

Well, I beat the game without buying it, and I did briefly play saints row 4 with ili, but most of the time that we were both on at the same time, we didn't know, and I soloed.
I unlocked almost everything and I feel like it's kinda "meh" Unlocking vehicles feels stupid when you have super powers. I never end up driving if I can help it. I already have all the neat weapons.

As for me, I drive around a purple motorcycle everywhere. Yeah, we all played solo last night. XD God dammit.
I'm impressed that you beat the whole thing, Keegz. I might as well play SR3 since I actually... own it.

I gotta have my hot pink car in both games. And then I have to turn on the radio and put on my 80s mixtape. EVERY TIME.

Best part of SR3: flying around Steelport in my own personal airplane while listening to It's My Life by Talk Talk. Well, one of the best parts, anyway.
