I don't know, having cold/snow weather sounds better then weather we have here. It either hot 90 degee or above or hot 90 degee or above with high humidity here and that not even summer.

WOW. That still sounds kind of nice so long as you have air conditioning. If it's sunny a lot, then I'd say it's better, period. The winter here is just so dark and depressing and it actually damages people's mental health.

No one uses air conditioning in the middle of the hot day, but schools and businesses. That how make the bill sky rocket.
