16-bit Jazzy J of The Wind Life's a crazy thing man. Just gotta live it the best ya can and enjoy the ups and downs. We all eventually barf once in a while but that's half the fun of the ride. Oh my god, no. Never. Barfing is literally the worst part of life. Why are you using that example. Hahaha. xd No Coughing uncontrollably is the worst part of life. Barfing happens when you drink a lot and is occasionally funny when used in the right type of replay clip. Coughing is just... Goddamn annoying.

astrophe 16-bit Jazzy astrophe Do you have more girl friends than guy friends? Maybe your brain is more likely to associate girls as friends than partners? I used to, but no longer. I think it's just like... a girl has the same body as me, so when I look at a random girl's body it's just like, whatever. Not as interesting. Everybody's got something different. If I see someone who's got DATASS goin on, I have to sneak a peek You are preaching to the choir. xd

Sometimes you get sick, and you can't control it, and it's inconvenient, and just really, really, REALLY gross.. and messy if you're not prepared. it looks gross, it tastes gross, it smells gross, the sounds you make while doing it sound gross, and the texture can be really disgusting too, as well as the feeling of it coming up. It repels all 5 of my senses. Plus if someone else barfs near you it's like eww, please do not subject me to the experience of you barfing. It's not NICE. I WILL CRY. Coughing is annoying but I don't caaaare, barfing is way worse.

" Coughind is just a pain to listen to, Its disruptive, it's constant, I dunno. I just hate it so much. XD To each their own I suppose! x3

So, switching rails away from barfytown... How about books?
I don't know what's really different about sitting on my butt reading books all day as opposed to video games. A day spent doing either is unproductive, but a day spent doing the former is more respectable I suppose.
And I consume a book and it's experiences once, and it's a lot different, and more mentally constructive than playing TF2, for example... or is it? I dunno. You can't downplay the social aspect of online games completely, but it's shallow. It's not sustaining or engaging like talking to a real person (Haha, the "people you talk to online aren't real" fallacy in a post on a forum. The irony slays me.), but at the same time it's not exhausting.

English major has made me hate books that do not contain pictures.
Except for Ready Player One, but I listened to that as an audiobook, over the summer when I had lots of free time.
That's a great one. Fav book.

I fear that I'm addicted to the safety of a barely stimulating, at-my-leisure style of discourse... Like to an unhealthy degree. The problem is with me though, and not the medium

I've developed a muscular twitch in my eye. It's not like where someone would involuntarily close their eye though. It feels like something' moving in my eye. It's nice.
Probably eye strain from playing too much TF2 and reading books.
Books are great, though. Love books. Good ones.

I read a rather long preview for Mogworld by yahtzee crosshaw the other day. You know him as the Zero Punctuation dude, maybe? It's got be thinking about looking into more of the books in the current humble bundle.
However, the last thing I think a guy with strained twitchy eyes is some ebooks to read on his computer. So... there's that!
Gee, I hope I haven't developed some kind of neurological condition.

Anyway, I think if you hate books, it's more likely that you just aren't reading the right ones.
Assigned reading is always a bit of a pain in the a**. More at the college level than the highschool level, because college professors aren't really penalized for being unreasonable in the spaces of time they give you to read so much like K-12 teachers might (You know, angry emails from parents.)
And it's part because you might be reading s**t that either doesn't speak to your personally or stuff that wasn't even made for modern audiences or even enjoyment.
But also, and this is probably most of it, atleast for me is that it's SCHOOL.
