I'll never understand why the vast majority of Kirby fans seem to like Kirby 64 best. I have no nostalgia for it whatsoever from my childhood, but I got and beat it like last year and it was kinda meh. The music was nice, though

Kirby Super Star (Ultra) is just so great though. Best co-op. I could totally get someone favoring Returns, though. I haven't played the new one much either but that's gotta be better than 64.
Hell, I've played most Kirby platformer games and the only ones I liked less than 64 are Dream Lands 1 and 2 and (ugh) Amazing Mirror. 64 was about as fun as Mass Attack.

i think drew people to 64 was the combo power system. i kinda liked it for that but after awhile it does get boring.
amazing mirror is something i'd love to have on Wiiu. but i'd want multi player capability on it as well...

Yeah, that would improve it a lot. Plus two heads would be better than one at figuring out what is probably THE most confusing GBA game.
I didn't even really realize there WAS a combo power system until after beating 64, I think. That is probably its coolest feature, though.

Oh, I forgot to mention Epic Yarn. Even though it has co-op, it's kinda... ehhh. I would play 64 over that.

I really don't like Kirby Super Star, I felt like nothing more the ideas for other Kirby games that just didn't make the cut to being a full game. So the stuffed it all into on one game with Kirby Dream Land add in. The only thing I like was Revenge of the King in Ultra. I always thought Dream Lands 3 co op was better.

Japanese variety show is supposed to be airing footage of the gen 3 remakes tomorrow.
Do we start referring to them as ORAS? ASOR?
It was aways "Ruby and Sapphire," because for some reason things sound better in alphabetical order (Or the alphabet is organized in an order that sounds nice...) But Alpha is before Omega.
So which way do the new names go?
You usually would say Alpha and Omega, not Omega and Alpha. So Alpha Sapphire actually sound better to me.
Guess how much it matters, though: Not... Much

Oh it's sunday now in Japan, I guess, because they have the stream up on gonintendo. And they're showing the game, like 5 seconds at a time, as off screen footage, between ads and shitty pokemon variety show crap.
