Vampires . . . stare Same goes to werewolves and elves, and just about MOSTLY any other fantasy race.
So I got out of one tarpit and landed myself in another. Now that my academic problems are technically solved, I can begin working on an even more pressing situation of the financial kind: being broke.
I have to move out this month. We've got the lease for an apartment and everything, but I have to come up with $500 in less than a week. x.X

Yay! *confetti* The same just happened to me. I'm officially now going to my highschool only so I can pass an art class and a gym credit. How awesome!

Umm...I'm in a strange situation. I finished all my state required courses last year so technically I could've graduated last year. But my mom thought it'd be good to have the "full highschool experience" (she's secretly sadistic) so I'm still here. I took 3 AP classes and a total of 4 college courses (at our local university). My guidance counselor is not the most intelligent being and frankly worries me on numerous occasions. Anyway she managed to screw up my 4 year plan so that I'm graduating with 34 credits instead of the usual 28, and yet somehow this year I HAD to take an art class (at the expense of band). *shrugs* It's all fun. But I have my college picked out and I'm departing for it in August after I graduate in June.

that's messed up. i'm sorry, EKA. but 34 is a good number, right? it's...magical...right?
as far as i know, i'm close on track to being a normal graduate of high school...
i went to my sister's graduation today and it was really sad. that's the second sibling i've seen graduate and the first one i've actually cared about. crying

Awwww *huggles Heph* that's always tough.
As for the 34 credits, I wouldn't mind but that in all those credits I still had to sacrifice band this year. You'd think with so many extra she'd have noticed earlier and I wouldn't have to be taking this art class (with a teacher who taught elementary art for so long she calls out "chocolate" to try and get our attention rolleyes )Three cheers for incompetence! Hip hip! *shrugs* eventually I'll realize that going through all this crap "built character" hahahaha
How is everyone though? Hanging in there?

I have a habit of changing my avi a lot too . . . but this one is hard to get rid of. Just seems to suit me well.

I like my avi now but I need a more exciting look I think. It's just normal. I'm a miser when it comes to myself and I also am horrible with tektek. *shrugs*
