It's depressing how much my stamina fluctuates with the seasons. In the winter I wasn't having much trouble getting 4000 steps in one go, and now I'm always congested so it's like a chore and I get all nauseous.

I don't even know if I could still do 3 sets of 25 pushups anymore. I'd probably just die, but first I'd puke.

This year felt like a bad year for allergies. I pretty much have some degree all year round. I'm just irritated by particulate in the air. Dust all year. Mold. GARBAGE IN MY AIRWAYS. POST NASAL DRIP. I need to move to some place with cleaner air. Or some house with cleaner air.
Or space.
