Leora sighed. Great. No turning back now . . . She fell onto her bed and pulled the blankets over herself. She really wasn't going to like tomorrow . . . she knew it . . .

"Hey Leora! Come on, wake up!" Alice said nudging Leora's forehead the next morning."Get up, we've got to go."She urged her. Today was the day of the wedding between Leora, a girl who used to be just an average human girl and the prince of vampires.

Leora groaned and sat up. "I'm up . . . I'm up . . ." she sighed and got of bed. "Today's the big day isn't it . . ." she said softly, almost with regret.

"Yeah, unfortunately. But come on, we've got to go now. Get dressed."She said as she disappeared into Leora's closet and brought out the encased dress.

Leora sighed and pulled the dress out of the casing and pulled it on, but had trouble lacing it up in the back. "Alice can you help me?" she asked, trying to reach the laces.

Alice nodded and flew around to the other side of Leora and began lacing up her dress.
Alexis came in then and smiled when she saw Leora. Glad to see you awake finally, now come on or we'll be late."She said, grabbing Leora's hand and pulling her out the door, leading her to the front door. Outside of which, a large limousine was parked.
"I've never been to a wedding before, I wonder what it's like." Alice said, resting on Leora's shoulder.

Leora sighed. "Just don't judge all weddings by what you see today. Normally they're much happier . . ." she said with a sigh as she got into the limo.

"Come on, it won't be that bad." Alexis said as she got in the driver's seat and started to drive away.Sky and Leora's family was also in the limo with them.

Leora's mother smiled at her daughter, seeing her in the dress. "My Leora, you do look beautiful in that dress." she said.
Kailee smiled and hugged Leora. "I told you Mommy! I told you it looked prettiful on her!!" she said, using a made up word.
Leora smiled. "Thanks Mom . . ." she said, blushing slightly.
Leora's father sat quietly in his seat, going over the fact that this was all his fault . . . The reason his daughter was being wed to a vampire was because of his own cowardice.

Sky was in her cat form and she nuzzled up to Leora as Alexis soon drove up to a large chapel and parked. Alice, Sky, and Alexis all got out and ran into the chapel immediately.

Leora sighed as they all ran to the chapel and she was left with her family. She smiled at them, trying to seem like she wasn't troubled by the event.
Leora's mother sighed, seeing past her daughter's deception. "Leora . . ." she said softly, reaching out for her daughter.
Leora shook her head. "I'll be fine Mom." she said and then started to head out of the limo.
Leora's father spoke up then. "Leora . . . . I'm sorry . . ." he said, the pain of the knowledge clearly weighing heavily on him.
Leora smiled at her father. "It's alright. It's not the worst thing that could have happened." she said reassuringly and then left the limo, sighing as she looked towards the chapel, the wind causing her hair to blow gently behind her.

The top window of the chapel was open.Soon, a winged Eric could be seen flying in, wearing black pants, dress shoes, and a white dress shirt and tie, carrying his black jacket to complete his outfit. He looked down at Leora with his evil, hungry grin as he closed the window.
Inside the chapel were many vampires sitting in rows and waiting for the bride, Lance standing in the front in patient wait.

Leora glared at Eric as he grinned down at her. She then helped her family exit out of the limo before they all went into the chapel, Leora really starting to freak out about the event that was about to take place.

Lance noted Leora's family entering, along with Eric, and let a small grin play across his face as he waited for his soon-to-be-wife. He was wearing a black jacket, pants and dress shoes with a blood red dress shirt and black tie, with his crimson eyes that matched his shirt.
