The Hunter Clan Casino (An RP)

not being sure who was being adressed, the bouncer-wannabe responded "Nope. An organization made up of mercenaries owns the place, the employees just work here."

Gàbrìel walked in Infamous casino, he ignored the bustling noise and numerous people he had one thing on his mind; joining the Hunters Guild. He reached the front desk and leaned on it. “So, i'm here to save the world does the Guild have any openings?” Gàbrìel wasn’t sure if he was being too blunt but he didn’t really care there was only sincerity in his statement.

Amoungst the crowd of gamblers, a man with shaggy black hair and peircing blue eyes winked at the beautiful lady behind the counter and dissapeared into the backround. A few seconds later a fight broke out between a short balding man and a rather large and hairy woman. The woman was accusing the man of wasting her money on women of low virtue while the man protested, claiming to have honestly lost the money. The bouncers quickly broke up the fight and evicted the troublesome guest before blending into the crowd once more.

Loki dropped a small pouch and a Hunter Clan recruitment letter on the counter of the service desk, his face blank except for the humor in his eyes. "I'm here to find some work with...better benefits. I need to spread my name around in order to bring in better business. I think this will cover any entry fee I might need."

the lady behind the desk, having been slightly thrown off by the two requests, smiled and replied "Very well, I shall try to put you in contact with a Hunter member that has the authority to put you on the Hunter payroll."
still smiling, she picked up the phone, dialed a number, and spoke "Hello Aria, could you please connect me with Blin? Thanks."

"Hello Blin, I've got two hopeful recruits down here, would you like me to send them to you or can you come down?" and after a short pause:
"Very well, I'll send them up with a guard until they get to Aria."
hanging up the phone, the lady smiled, reached into a drawer, produced two "Visitor Passes", handed one to Loki and one to Gabriel, and called over a guard who was unoccupied. "Hey Phil, could you escort these two up to the teleporter, Blin's responsibility."

the guard responds, "OK, please follow me you two." and lead them to the elevator, to the top floor, and the teleporter. and said "Right through there, Aria will get you to Blin."

Lyn petted her hydro puppy as she looked at Eri, curiously

Loki shrugged and stepped into the gateway. He had used this kind of thing in previous works.

William stepped into the casino and took a look around. It seemed to be quite a busy place, he started to wonder why this would be a base of operations for a clan. Then again, it was probably because nobody would expect an organization to be based here. He mentally shrugged and walked forward to the counter, placing the paper on it. "I see the Hunter Clan is recruiting. I'm here to join." He was used to keeping things blunt when talking to businessmen and women, he never really liked them, but at the same time he didn't dislike them either.

Hydro puppy began running in circles around Lyn Lyre, Eri and the bouncer

Gàbrìel Looked around and stepped in, what was the worst that could happen. Well that guy stepped in so i know im not going to be the only one there if something goes down. trying to be optomistic as possible but after all this was what he wanted to save the world one step at a time...and some cash.

the lady behind the counter smiled at William and said "Well, the Hunter member who has been handling these things is the one you should talk to, let me get you a pass" as she pulled out a visitor pass and handed it to him, "and I'll get a guard to escort you up." with that she called over the same guard as before and said, "another one to Aria please."

the guard started to lead william to the teleporter without any hesitation, or warning.

Lyn began to play with her hydro puppy. Throwing a stick and letting the pet puddle fetch it.

For a long time, Eri was just silent and trying to be aware of the surroundings. She saw a couple or more go in and out the building but it didn't really matter. There were things playing in her mind which made her a bit fidgetty.

"Hey, Lyn. . .", she said to her new found friend softly, "Listen, I have to go meet someone. . . ", trying to say she needed some time off of the whole stay-for-free-in-the-casino gig.

"Oh crum. . . " Eri puffed her cheeks a bit in a show of disapprovement. She took at one of the small paper stubs she had on her pocket and unrolled it showing a small ticket like invitation. Her hands shook as she thought of what that stub meant.

The writing in the invitation looked more sprawled than grand, and its more like an imitation than the real thing. 'I guess this is the right time. . .', Eri thought. 'How long was it. . . nine- ten chapters ago?'

She read the invitation up as she started tearing it into two. Light surged up going to her hair and above her head in line with how she was reading the small passage in the ticket.

"The Dowager Grand High Duchess. . . "
